I woke up to muffled noises ,then I heard someone say she is awake . As I tried to get up I felt dizzy ,then a doctor came in to check on me. After the doctor left I saw my parents and siblings entering into the room I was admitted in ,they asked if I was okay but I just shook my head. I regretted making that action I felt I sharp sting in my head. Then I asked the dreaded question I didn't want to ask,"how long have I been in coma" my family members hesitated for a bit then my sister said "3 months " ,I was a little bit relieved, I thought I was in coma for at least a year ,like that would have been a real problem.
Although the doctor said it will take sometime before I completely heal, I couldn't help but feel a little bit restless, I thought about the 3 months I had been absent from school,all the classes I had missed and all the new things I could have learnt during that period.
My mom told me to rest for a bit ,but I just couldn't. I felt like I had slept for a long time and there was no need to sleep again. Then my brother asked why did I walk in the middle of the road the day I had my accident.
