Chapter 50 - Chapter 50 Big Boss

"Hello? Gyara? It's Ash. I need you all here. Use the beacon I gave you to lock onto my position. Move out."

"Hello? Pidgeot? I need your help. Head to my backyard, pick up Machamp and the others, then meet me at the coast."

"Hello? King!..."

"Hello? Rhydon!..."

Ash rattled off call after call, his voice cold and clinical. His friends and family watched in confusion. Was it too late to be calling for reinforcements?

Before they could ask, a massive explosion rocked the shoreline. Rising from the depths was a nightmare of blue and red: a Tentacruel, its size rivaling the lighthouse they had just left. It loomed over the city, thousands of Tentacool swarming at its base.

"What is that?! Can a Tentacruel even get that big?!" Gary shouted, his bravado finally breaking.

Elesa and Cynthia instinctively moved toward Ash, sensing the shift in the air. Ash didn't look at the monster; he looked at them. "Stay back. I'll handle this. Honestly, if you guys weren't here, I'd have just let the hotel's automated defenses take care of it... but since you are, I can't take any risks."

Ash bolted toward the shore with Pikachu, Chansey, and Meowth. "Stay in the hotel! This is my fight!"

But he should have known better. Elesa, Daisy, Cynthia, Misty, Yellow, and even Delia didn't hesitate—they followed him straight into the danger zone.

"You think I'm letting you do this alone, you idiot?!" Elesa shouted.

"I'm your fiancée!" Cynthia added.

"And I'm your fiancée!" Daisy barked.

Ash looked back at the Council of Women chasing him and sighed. "You're all a handful... but that's exactly why I have to protect you."

Ash stood on the pier as the Tentacruel reached out, lifting a struggling Meowth (Team Rocket's version) in one of its massive tentacles. The monster projected its thoughts through the cat.

"Impossible, human," Meowth croaked, his eyes glowing blue with the monster's psychic link. "You destroyed our home. Now, we destroy yours."

Ash pointed to the half-ruined Coral Honeymoon Suite Nastina had been building. "You mean that piece of junk? I'll have it demolished. I'll pay to restore your reef myself. I'll even ensure no one ever builds there again. Just stop. I have people behind me that I love, and if you keep moving, I won't be able to play nice anymore."

The Tentacruel let out a discordant, vibrating laugh. "Human promises are worth nothing. We will teach you the meaning of loss."

It swung a massive tentacle toward the group. Ash's expression went completely flat. The warmth in his eyes vanished, replaced by a dark, terrifying void.

"Then this is war."

ROAR!!!

A massive pillar of water erupted in front of the pier, intercepting the tentacle. A Gyarados—easily twice the size of a standard one—and a shimmering, ethereal Milotic rose from the waves. They nudged Ash affectionately before turning eyes full of primal malice toward the Tentacruel.

Ash stepped onto Gyarados's head, his aura exploding outward. "You want to know why I've spent years making millions and building an empire?" He growled, his voice carrying across the entire beach.

"I did it so the people I care about would never have to want for anything. And I trained my Pokémon so that no one—not the League, not Team Rocket, and certainly not a giant jellyfish—would ever be able to touch them. Behind me stands my mother, my grandfather, my wives, my sister, and my brothers. You dared to threaten them. Now, you pay the price."

"GIVE THEM HELL, BOYS!"

The sky darkened as thousands of wings beat the air. Pidgeot and Fearow led swarms of Pidgeotto and Spearow, dropping hundreds of Luxury Balls like a paratrooper drop.

As the balls hit the ground and water, an army appeared:

The Nido-Legion: Nidokings and Nidoqueens led by Ash's King.

The Mountain Guard: A massive Onix and several Rhydons.

The Martial Masters: A squad of Machamps and Primeapes.

The Garden of Death: Venusaur and Victreebel.

"Gyarados, Poliwrath, Seaking! Collective Ice Beam! Freeze the battlefield!"

The sea turned to solid ice in seconds, trapping the smaller Tentacool and creating a floor for the land-based Pokémon. A massive Onix coiled around Delia and the girls, forming a literal living fortress.

"Dragonite, take him out!"

Ash's Dragonite appeared in a burst of light, its fist glowing with Thunder Punch. One hit sent the Tentacruel flying back into the deeper water. Ash stood on Dragonite's shoulder, looking down like a vengeful god.

"I wanted to stay low-key," Ash muttered. "But you pushed me. Now, I'll show you why I'm the Big Boss of Pallet Town."

It wasn't a fight; it was a demonstration of overwhelming force.

The Gyarados Squad used Dragon Rage to create massive waterspouts, tossing Tentacool into the air.The Flying Corps used Gust to slam them back down. The Nido-Army used a synchronized Hyper Beam barrage that turned the horizon into a wall of white light. The Machamp Squad dealt with anything that got too close with Thunder Punch.

Finally, the sky turned violet as Pikachu unleashed his Lightning Domain.

"Pikachu, finish it!"

The massive lightning materialized, diving into the sea and hitting the Tentacruel. The monster shrieked as billions of volts flooded its system.

Journalists who had dared to stay behind broadcasted the scene live. The world stood still. They weren't just seeing a battle; they were seeing a trainer who commanded an army of Alpha-rank and Champion-rank Pokémon.

"A Champion-tier Pikachu?!" The headlines screamed.

In Alola, Lusamine sat in front of her television, tears streaming down her face. She stared at the screen, at the young man who had just taken off his hat.

"Ash..." She whispered, her heart aching with a memory from a past life. "Is it really you? Have you finally come back to us?"

"Mom? What's wrong?" Lillie asked, looking at her mother's trembling form.

"Lillie... I think I've finally found your father."

As the lightning faded, the Tentacruel lay unconscious in the water. Ash tossed a Heavy Ball, capturing the titan in a single click. He turned back to the reporters, his gaze so cold the cameras actually shook.

"The show's over. Get out of here."

The iron wall of Rhydons and Nidokings moved forward, and the reporters scrambled to leave. Ash walked back toward his family, the terrifying aura receding as he saw Elesa and the others running toward him.

"That's my Ash," Elesa said, her voice full of pride. "Absolutely brilliant."

The Porta Vista invasion was over. Ash had protected his home, and in doing so, he had shown the world exactly who he was.
