Chapter 125 - Chapter 125 Most Correct

"Pika~chu!"

"Tyran!"

With a single Iron Tail from Pikachu, Tyranitar collapsed into the dirt. The hunter stared blankly at the scene. Did Pikachu really just one-shot his Tyranitar with a single Iron Tail?! Just one move?!

While the hunter stood there dazed, all of his underlings were swiftly wiped out as well. After all, Ash's Onix wasn't just there for show; its sheer, gargantuan size alone was enough to induce despair in any enemy.

Not to mention Ash's Chansey, who was relentlessly wreaking havoc with Bajiquan, while Meowth led a sweeping execution squad consisting of Primeape, Rapidash, Beedrill, Charmeleon, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. Meanwhile, Gardevoir stood protectively by Ash's side, making Arcanine—who was actually in charge of Ash's security—feel extremely awkward.

"Bark!" (I'm perfectly fine protecting the Master myself...)

"Gar." (So you're a single dog! Don't interrupt me and Ash.)

Dragonite, who was silently standing guard beside them, shook its head. So young. Doesn't know how to read the room. That Gardevoir girl clearly has her own little agenda.

When the Hunter organization's very last Pokémon fell, they decided to make one final, desperate struggle. They pulled out their self-defense handguns.

"Damn you! You forced my hand! Don't come any closer, or we'll shoot!"

Looking at the dying struggles of Hunter Y and his men, Ash casually spoke to the Psyduck that was chilling in his backpack. "Psyduck, Gardevoir, use Disable. I'll cook for you guys later."

"Psy!"

"Gar!"

As Psyduck and Gardevoir combined their psychic powers, Hunter Y and his men were instantly paralyzed, completely unable to move.

"What?! Ah!"

Looking at the frozen hunters, Ash turned to the surrounding wild Pokémon. "Feel free, everyone. Beat them up as much as you like. When you're done, we'll treat them to some electric nets."

Hearing this, the Pokémon—led by the Kangaskhan—nodded and marched menacingly toward Hunter Y's crew.

"Holy shit! Don't come over here—!"

After suffering the savage abuse of the wild Pokémon, followed by getting thoroughly electrocuted by the mechanical Kangaskhans' nets, Hunter Y's crew was finally silenced. To prevent any further surprises, Ash had his security team strip the hunters completely naked. They didn't even leave them their underwear before securely tying them up.

Looking at the stark-naked hunters, Misty was a bit speechless. "Ash... isn't this a bit much?"

Ash shook his head. "No, no, no, this is the safest way. You have to understand that the Hunter Organization is used to keeping hidden aces up their sleeves. Doing this is just taking responsibility for our own safety."

Seeing Misty still struggling to grasp it, Lara sighed. "Alright, Misty, this is just normal operation for Ash. Whenever we go out together, he always manages to make himself look like the actual bandit. Even though we were the ones getting robbed..."

Suzie chimed in, looking a bit embarrassed. "Um, well... Ash actually had this habit back when he was in school. Whenever he fought someone, he'd strip them bare. He said it was to prevent them from using hidden weapons for a sneak attack..."

While Misty stood there utterly speechless, Gabby and Ty were busy reviewing their footage.

"How is it?"

"It's great, got it all on tape. But... Ash had his men strip the Hunter Organization members completely naked. Should we edit this part out?"

Hearing Ty's question, Gabby was about to respond when Ash walked over and interjected. "It's fine, keep this part in. It absolutely has to be in there! That way, people from other organizations on the outside will know exactly how we operate!"

Gabby looked at the naked, bound hunters and was at a loss for words. Who would have thought the polite, gentlemanly Ash could be so ruthless? But I like it!

Gabby had a very favorable impression of Ash's cautious and thorough style. It was the perfect way to deal with scum! Plus, broadcasting this on the news would absolutely blow up the ratings!

"Well, we can finally rest. Working all night really is exhausting... yawn."

The moment Ash said that, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Gardevoir instantly swarmed him. Seeing the three of them, Ash knew he was going to have to sleep with his Pokémon tonight.

Inside the massive tent, Ash laid down some ground rules for his team.

"Charmeleon, cover the flame on your tail. Gardevoir, no groping me in the middle of the night. I'm a light sleeper, and if you wake me up, I'll seriously be angry. Arcanine, make sure you don't grind your teeth in your sleep. Arbok, don't coil yourself around my body. Rapidash's flames are fine. Squirtle, stop rushing me, I'm coming over now!"

Looking at Squirtle, who was lying in bed, patting the mattress and waving at him, Ash exasperatedly led his gang of Pokémon to bed. He really was exhausted today.

Misty, Lara, Suzie, Matori, and Jessie had already gone to bed. The only ones still awake were the Continental Hotel night shift on guard duty over the hunters, along with Gabby and Ty.

Gabby peeked into the tent and smiled at the sight: Ash was using Arcanine as a pillow, hugging Gardevoir with his left arm, holding Squirtle with his right, Pikachu sprawled across his head, and Meowth asleep on his stomach.

She turned to her notepad and wrote: "Although we only just met, Ash, the boss of the Continental Hotel, is surprisingly someone who makes you feel incredibly secure. He is deeply trusted by his Pokémon, a trust akin to family. Perhaps this is the bond of trust between humans and Pokémon that the Continental Hotel always champions... I'll slowly follow up with further reports. I have a feeling our connection with Ash doesn't end here..."
