Liuxian knew his grandparents well enough to understand that if he did not give them a proper answer now, the subject of their wedding would continue throughout the evening.
His grandfather had already made it clear that he wanted a grand celebration, while his grandmother was equally curious about why they had not been informed before the marriage certificate was registered, so there was little point in trying to escape the conversation.
"Grandpa, Grandma, there is no need for you to worry about the wedding. We have only been married for a few months, and there is still plenty of time to make the arrangements properly. You will probably receive an invitation before the year is over, so you can stop wondering whether we intend to have one."
His grandfather looked at him for several seconds before finally giving a satisfied nod. "As long as you remember to invite us, we can wait. Your grandmother and I are not so impatient that we cannot wait a few more months."
