Chapter 14: Tigers, Wolves, and Sheep. Personal Status Panel
Uchiha Shisui asked Naruto in confusion, "Whether it's a pack of wolves or a flock of sheep, they both need a leader. If the leader makes the wolves protect the sheep, it's only right that the sheep make some sacrifices."
"You're right! But what if the tiger feels that a few specific wolves are threatening his rule? He uses the sheep to pressure the wolves, forcing those few wolves to live with their tails between their legs. Do you still think that's right?"
How could Uchiha Shisui not understand the hidden jab in Naruto's words?
Naruto was telling Uchiha Shisui that the Uchihathreatened the Hokage's rule, so the Hokage used public opinion to suppress the Uchiha.
Uchiha Shisui thought for a moment, looked at Naruto, and said, "But it's also a fact that a few of those wolves are too arrogant. The sheep have no way to accept them, which naturally causes conflict."
Naruto sneered and said, "I said it from the beginning: tigers, wolves, sheep. I believe you understand which is at the top of the food chain and which is at the bottom. The sheep are protected by the wolves, so why would they have the confidence to resist the wolves? Where does that confidence come from?"
After Naruto finished speaking, he patted his bottom and said, "Alright, I'm leaving. If I stay any longer, someone will come looking for me. I hope you don't tell anyone about our conversation today."
After Naruto left, Uchiha Shisui sat there in a daze, his mind constantly wondering who gave the sheep the confidence to resist the wolves.
While Uchiha Shisui was lost in thought, a masked Anbu said to him, "Uchiha Shisui, Hokage-samawants to see you."
Uchiha Shisui sighed slightly in his heart. Even a five-year-old child could guess what the Hokage's next move would be. Could it be that he was truly wrong?
Soon, Uchiha Shisui met Hiruzen Sarutobi.
Hiruzen Sarutobi had the same kind smile and attentive attitude as always, which pulled Uchiha Shisui out of his previous doubts.
"Shisui! I heard you met with the Jinchuriki? You even chatted for quite a while. Can you tell me what you talked about?"
Uchiha Shisui opened his mouth to tell Hiruzen Sarutobi about his conversation with Naruto, but then he remembered Naruto's words before leaving and quickly changed his tune.
"We talked about the Village and his views on the Uchiha."
"Oh? And how did the Jinchuriki respond?"
"Naruto said it's pretty good!"
"Pretty good?"
"Yes, pretty good!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi pondered in confusion, wondering what Naruto meant by 'pretty good'.
Fearing Hiruzen Sarutobi might misunderstand, Uchiha Shisui continued, "Naruto said the Village is much better compared to the outside. Outside, bandits run rampant, killing and looting. It's indeed much better than outside the Village. It's just that being frequently cursed and insulted makes him a bit uncomfortable."
Hearing Uchiha Shisui's clarification, Hiruzen Sarutobi nodded, understanding what was going on.
Hiruzen Sarutobi looked at Uchiha Shisui with a chuckle and said, "Shisui! You know the importance of the Jinchuriki. It's best not to meet with him frequently in the future."
Uchiha Shisui naturally knew that Hiruzen Sarutobiwas warning him.
"Understood! Today was just a chance encounter."
"As long as you understand. You may leave."
"Yes! Lord Third."
After Uchiha Shisui left, an old man with half his face wrapped in bandages emerged from the shadows of Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi's office, leaning on a cane.
"Hiruzen, his words cannot be trusted!"
"Danzo, you're overthinking it. Shisui is a successor of the Will of Fire; he is completely trustworthy."
Next came another back-and-forth argument between the two, which eventually ended with the usual 'you'll regret this' and 'I am the Hokage' routine.
Upon returning home, Naruto entered the Spirit Spring Space in his true body. After doing some reorganization, he created more Shadow Clones.
During the past few days of reorganization, he no longer felt the previous sensation of his brain being overwhelmed.
Naruto lay on a rocking chair, sorting through the Ninjutsu he currently knew and the newly developed ones.
Fortunately, he had obtained them through sign-ins, so the Ninjutsu left behind by Minato Namikaze were easy to learn. The most difficult was the Flying Thunder God Technique, but he had technically learned it. Using it as a 'flash' was no problem at all, though Naruto couldn't yet apply it in actual combat.
Next were the Sealing Jutsu: the Four Symbols Seal and the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style. He could now use them without any issues.
Then there were various Ninjutsu. He had learned all the Lightning Release and Wind Release techniques, mainly to develop the Lightning Release Body Forging Technique and the advancement of the Rasengan, the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. That's why he had learned both types of Ninjutsu completely.
As for Water Release, he hadn't started learning it yet since he didn't have a direction for it. However, Naruto did know some small fire spark techniques, mainly for the convenience of lighting fires.
The Rasengan went without saying; he had completely mastered it in two days. In three months, he could perform all sorts of variations, such as the Oodama Rasengan and the Mini Rasengan, which he could do with ease. Now he could even use the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, though it wasn't very stable yet.
Therefore, Naruto spent most of this period practicing Chakra Precision Control and nature transformation.
Naruto also wanted to be able to perform C-Rank Ninjutsu with the effectiveness of S-rank techniques.
Even when Naruto usually went out, he would coat the soles of his feet with a layer of Chakra, simulating walking on water.
Just as Naruto finished organizing his Ninjutsu, the system popped up.
"Ding! The host can summon a character panel, which displays all of the host's information."
"Why didn't you say so earlier! Open the personal panel."

Naruto was somewhat speechless seeing the Sexy Jutsu, Reverse Harem Jutsu, and Solar Flare.
When one of Naruto's Shadow Clones was practicing the Transformation Jutsu, it accidentally transformed into the appearance of Jiang Lai, a woman from his past life, while she was bathing. As a result, this Sexy Jutsu was formed.
Once the Sexy Jutsu existed, the other clones seemed to have a switch flipped, one after another transforming into the appearances of women from his past life, and thus the Reverse Harem Jutsuwas formed.
As for the Solar Flare, it was accidentally developed by a Shadow Clone while working on the Lightning Release Body Forging Technique.
