"As for you two?" Alex shifted his gaze to the two Curse Wielders he had already tortured into unrecognizable shapes, a strange glint flashing in his eyes.

Why would Yuki Tsukumo say that Jujutsu Sorcerers do not produce Cursed Spirits?

First, Cursed Spirits are essentially monsters born from the resentment, anger, and various negative emotions harbored in people's hearts—the power of curses.
Second, aside from dying of natural old age, Jujutsu Sorcerers basically die in battles against Cursed Spirits or Curse Wielders, so they do not turn into Cursed Spirits after death.
Moreover, Jujutsu Sorcerers nearing the end of their natural lifespan also use jujutsu to handle themselves before they die; this is an unwritten rule.
