Eva froze.
"N-No... I mean Fallyn, she's still a child—"
Manson's eyes narrowed.
"Child? She doesn't act like one."
His fingers hovered, nails lightly striking each other in an impatient, rhythmic pattern.
Eva's body shook harder.
"Sir... please..." she begged.
"Just this once."
For a moment, Manson said nothing.
"Brett..." he muttered coldly.
A humorless smile touched his lips.
"You're fortunate."
His gaze remained fixed on Eva.
"To have a woman willing to humiliate herself for you."
His expression darkened.
"I only hope he remains faithful to you… gambling and other indulgences rarely exist alone."
Those words struck Eva harder than any insult.
She lowered her head, unable to speak.
Manson exhaled sharply before rising to his feet and walking back toward his desk.
"Go get Brian."
Eva's eyes widened.
Relief shattered across her face.
"Th-Thank you... thank you so much, Mr. Manson. May God bless you abundantly."
