Chapter 6 Lu An Awakens His Superpowers Ahead of Schedule
This reminded Yu Miaomiao of the night before Lu An gained his supernatural abilities in her previous life. He also had a persistent high fever, slept soundly, and was trapped in a nightmare, with beads of sweat streaming down his forehead, and he couldn't be woken up no matter what. The sudden movement startled Yu Miaomiao awake from her sleep.

The two chatted online and shared all their updates with each other.
If it weren't for Yu Miaomiao's proximity, their best friend status would be in jeopardy, though their relationship felt more like a couple that wasn't quite lovers.
"Hello, beautiful lady, I'm Ji Feng." The man's fair skin was so delicate it seemed like it could be broken with a touch, quite unlike the typical Asian appearance. He had long, thick eyelashes, a high nose bridge, and a crescent-shaped smile on his lips. "Hello, Yu Miaomiao."
