Chapter 38:
"Naruto? Did something happen?"
Uchiha Fugaku was awakened. After opening his eyes and sensing his own condition, he confirmed he was still in the same severely injured state and stopped expecting anything more.
But now that Naruto had woken them with a pale, exhausted face, there must be something important he wanted to ask.

Naruto roughly explained Sasuke's current situation to the couple.
