"ACHOO!"
Donovan Donovan was browsing an email from a subordinate when he suddenly sneezed. "Who's cursing my name?"
The words had barely left his mouth when he sneezed again.
His grandfather, sitting nearby, shot him a look. "What kind of trouble have you been secretly causing lately? So many people are cursing you behind your back."
"I haven't." Donovan took a sip of tea and went back to his email.
The subordinate reported that the Kingsley family had been making new moves recently.
His grandfather clearly didn't believe him. "No trouble? Then why did Zane Hawthorne beat you to a pulp the other day?"
Donovan: "We were just sparring. A little Chinese kung fu."
"..."
His grandfather choked. "Sparring my ass! I heard from the staff that the way he was hitting you didn't look like he was playing around."
"That kid always seems so composed. I've never heard of him doing anything out of line his whole life. What on earth did you do to provoke him like that?"
