Yara Quillan still wanted to ask about the matter concerning her mother, but it was obvious the man before her had no intention of discussing it. So, she collected herself and said, "Yes, I want a chance to compete fairly."
"A chance to compete fairly? Heh..." For some reason, the man let out a soft laugh, a laugh that made Yara Quillan's scalp tingle with unease.
This man looked gentle, but the domineering and cold aura he unintentionally revealed was impossible to ignore.
"What are you laughing at?"
"You really are a lot like Sienna."
"I don't know if you're really my uncle or not, but I didn't come here for a family reunion. I just hope you can give me this opportunity."
"You're a stubborn little thing. Since you want it, I have no reason not to give it to you. Just... don't regret it when the time comes."
