After Yara Quillan and Rose Sanders returned to their rented apartment, they exchanged a smile. It had been a long time since they had caused a scene in a crowded place, and today was just so damn… thrilling!
They just hoped their boss and his people wouldn't track them down.
"Yara, you're not mad I took you to a place like that, are you?" Rose Sanders asked, flopping onto the sofa. She rolled over to face Yara, who was sitting nearby, and propped her chin in her hands. "It's just been so boring lately."
When Yara didn't answer, Rose Sanders threw up her hands. "Okay, fine. I admit I was just looking for a little trouble."
"Actually, it was pretty fun." Yara smiled at Rose, but then her brow furrowed. "It's just... for some reason, I can't stand places like bars."
As for why, Yara truly had no idea.
