Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 Acting

Hearing this from outside, Yun Feng hesitated for a moment before pushing open the door.

Everyone's eyes immediately turned to Yun Feng.

Tang San, as if finding an excuse, pointed directly at Yun Feng and said,

"Xiao Feng didn't come either, I went to get a spirit ring..."

Before he could finish, Xiao Wu interrupted him.

"Xiao Feng, what level is your spirit power? Level one! How can you be so shameless?"

Hearing this, even Tang San, with his young mindset, felt a pang of shame.

Why did he lose his composure so easily when facing Xiao Wu?

Tang San felt a little depressed.

Hearing Tang San's words, Yun Feng also feigned a guilty expression, matching his innocent and cute face.

"Sister Xiao Wu, I'm sorry, I didn't know you went to fight for us. I only found out on my way back."

"If I had known beforehand, I definitely would have gone. Now I hear they've taken over all the work-study jobs, and we still get paid. I feel unworthy."

As he spoke, Yun Feng handed the carrot he had taken to Xiao Wu.

Xiao Wu glanced at Tang San, then at Yun Feng.

Both possessed the Blue Silver Grass spirit, so why was there such a difference?

He didn't even bother to buy her some carrots as a token of respect.

  Yun Feng was so considerate!

When Yun Feng handed her the carrots, Xiao Wu jumped off the bed,

wrapping her arm around his shoulder with a "big sister's got your back" expression.

  "So considerate! Keep it up!"

Wang Sheng and the others also spoke highly of Yun Feng, saying,

"It's alright, Xiao Feng. We only have this much pay. If you're exempted from work and then have no money, how will you live? You should still collect your pay. We don't need this little bit!"

To be honest, Yun Feng didn't harbor much malice towards the people in Dormitory Seven, including Tang San.

After all, they hadn't provoked him. He

also had some feelings about Xiao Wu.

He wasn't standing in the shoes of a god, but a living, breathing person experiencing all of this.

However, he and Tang San were destined to be enemies in the future, and he would still have to sabotage them.

This decision was made the moment Locke helped him join the Spirit Hall.

  This was an unchangeable fact!

And the current Tang San didn't represent the future Tang San.

It's best to act sooner rather than later, as his future is uncertain.

Not to mention, he has ulterior motives towards Tang San's mother, Ah Yin.

"Thank you, Sister Xiao Wu, thank you everyone!"

Tang San felt a surge of goodwill towards Yun Feng, seeing his humility.

After a brief chat, Yun Feng went back to cultivation.

Seeing Yun Feng so focused, Xiao Wu, after a long absence, sat cross-legged on her bed and began cultivating.

There was no other way; now, everyone in the dormitory started meditating at a certain time.

  No one kept her company.

  It was truly boring.

Because their soul power had both broken through level ten, Xiao Wu and Tang San went to a branch of the Spirit Hall to test their soul power. After Matthew Nuo conducted the test,

he invited Xiao Wu and Tang San to join the Spirit Hall.

However, they agreed to observe further, neither refusing nor agreeing.

  They also joined Notting Academy.

  Matthew Nuo sighed, saying,

"It's indeed a step too late. Even our Spirit Hall doesn't have the right to forcibly poach people from academies."

A soul master's subsidy is one gold soul coin per month.

Once you reach the Great Soul Master level, the subsidy will become ten Gold Soul Coins.

And these subsidies are all free.

An average family's monthly expenses are at most one Gold Soul Coin.

And as long as one becomes a Soul Master, these can be claimed for free.

It's safe to say the Spirit Hall has made a tremendous contribution to the development of Soul Masters.

Even those not affiliated with the Spirit Hall can claim them.

Matthew watched Tang San leave, then, after some thought, wrote a letter and gave it to his men to deliver to the Spirit Hall.

After all, how could Matthew, as the head of a branch hall, not report two geniuses born with full Soul Power?

It's just that the original story has too many plot holes!

  Many common-sense errors exist.

  Matthew wasn't malicious towards Tang San and Xiao Wu;

he was simply delighted to have discovered two geniuses.

However, shortly after Matthew sent someone, they were killed in the wilderness by a hooded man.

Tang Hao would never allow the news to get out!

Otherwise, Xiao Wu would have been discovered by the Spirit Hall long ago and wouldn't have survived until the Soul Master Competition.

When Tang San left the Spirit Hall, his Twenty-Four Bridges Under the Moon now contained a specially crafted badge from the Spirit Hall. The badge was round, with his name engraved on the back and two intersecting thorns on the front, symbolizing his Soul Master rank. Even Tang San, a blacksmith by trade, couldn't tell what metal the badge was made of.

After leaving the Spirit Hall, Tang San quickly ran towards Notting Academy. With Matthew's guidance, he took a shortcut this time, saving at least half the time.

Just as he was about to reach the academy, Tang San suddenly heard a familiar sound. His steps involuntarily stopped.

  Clang, clang, clang…

A hammer symbol marked a tall but somewhat rough building, from which came rhythmic hammering sounds—it was a blacksmith's shop.

Seeing this, Tang San seemed to have seen an unparalleled beauty. He apologized to Xiao Wu beside him, saying,

"Sister Xiao Wu, you go back first. I have some things to do."

Xiao Wu gave Tang San a deep look and said with dissatisfaction,

"Alright then, Little San, remember to bring some food when you come back!"

Tang San nodded, not caring about the matter. It was just

a little food, nothing to worry about.

  "Okay!"

  ——————

Time flew by, and three months passed in the blink of an eye.

Yun Feng had changed a lot in these three months.

In his day and night cultivation, at only six years old, he had already reached about 1.5 meters tall, a head taller than both Tang San and Xiao Wu.

Moreover, his body was extremely robust, and when he took off his clothes, it presented a linear beauty.

During these three months of cultivation, his soul power had been constantly absorbing life energy, and his foundation had increased considerably.

The Blue Silver Grass on the back mountain was not growing as fast as Yun Feng was absorbing it.

You should know that Blue Silver Grass grows in all four seasons

and can grow in two or three days.

Now it has all been drained by Yun Feng.

You can imagine how terrifying that is.

Furthermore, he didn't think Tang Hao would keep spying.

With their closed-off education system, Tang San and Xiao Wu wouldn't run away.

Of course, even if Tang Hao discovered them, it wouldn't be a big deal.

Yun Feng wasn't interfering with Tang San and Xiao Wu, and his soul power cultivation was so slow; there was no danger for them.

After all, Yun Feng's soul power had already reached level two.

It's absurd, but level one innate soul power isn't actually that slow.
