Chapter 1 -  The beginning of the advance

A young man with long black hair and sparkling eyes was meditating in his flat when he felt a vibration on his wrist. He opened his eyes and saw a hologram of the alarm clock ringing. A smile appeared on his face, and he said, "Looks like the modification I made to the chip is working." Shaking his wrist, the hologram disappeared, and he stood up and looked out the window, where the sun shone through the iron grid surrounding the planet, a world called a star by the dominant race that had achieved the advancement and collectivity their ancestors dreamed of. The young man has the ambition to prove himself and contribute to this advancement. Today, in the star calendar of the year 1210, after the planet's union, he turns 21 and can apply to become a space explorer.

The planet is ruled by a federation, where advisors are elected from among the greatest contributors to society, aided by 5 AIs, each focused on a specific function, thus maintaining prosperity and justice.

A young man named Max Lavier went to the virtual reality machine and put on the headset. Upon entering, he found himself in a vast world accessible to all humans. With the advancement of technology, death only happens to those who wish to rest. With a thought, a large 100-meter-long spaceship appeared. This is the ship he himself designed to become an explorer. The test is to create his own ship. He used old jet fighter designs, focusing mainly on the engine, which he built himself using clean nuclear energy and a miniature artificial sun—something outdated but very economical.

Upon sending the ship for approval analysis, he waited a few minutes until he received the message…

Dear Mr. Max Lavier, the ship that was designed passed the exploration test; it received an overall grade of C. It will be deployed, and you can go to the headquarters of one of the explorer agencies to pick it up. With your explorer badge, we thank you for your choice and wish you a great exploration.

Full of enthusiasm, the young man ran to the location to see the spaceship. Upon arriving, an attendant, as tall as a pillar, with a body full of modifications, said, "Welcome to the explorers' center. How can I help you?" Max looked at him in amazement at the level of modification he saw and said, "I am Max Lavier; I am a new explorer. I came to get my badge and see my spaceship."

The large man looked and said, "So you're the newcomer. Let me send it to your personal chip; you can receive a chip update as a new member."

Okay, said Max, let's see what it adds. He placed his arm on the counter and waited. The man began adding some metallic liquids that seemed to be absorbed by Max's arm. An interface appeared on Max's retina, where only he could see, showing :Updated Analysis System.

The man looked at Max and said, "The analysis system has been improved. Every explorer has a system to discover the composition of the environment. You can go to the elevator and swipe your chip; it will take you to your ship."

Max thanked him and went to the indicated location. Upon taking the elevator, he was taken to a platform where there were several ships. He even saw one in the shape of a triangle occupying 500 meters of the area. The chip showed him the way, and he found his ship, which looked like an aerodynamic bird. He arrived and connected his chip, where a robotic voice said, "Welcome, Captain Max, are you ready for adventure?"

He took the controls, looked at the sky, and said, "Yes, I am." With a smile on his face.
