JAY'S POV
Our exams were just two days away.
Which apparently meant one thing...A Section E review session. Not because any of us actually wanted to study together. Sir Alvin practically ordered us to hold one.
And somehow, in less than five seconds, everyone unanimously decided that the review session would be at Keifer's house.
Our beloved class president didn't even get the chance to object.
So...Here I am. On my way to the Watson Mansion. A few minutes later, I pulled into the driveway, grabbed my backpack, and headed inside.
Luckily, no one else had arrived yet.
Well...Not exactly "luckily."
I had planned to come early. Just so I could spend a little extra time with him before everyone showed up. And he absolutely did not need to know that.
Otherwise, he'd never let me live it down. I made my way upstairs to his room.
I knocked once. No answer. After waiting a few seconds, I slowly opened the door.
The first thing that greeted me was the familiar scent of his room. It always smelled so fresh. A moment later, I heard running water coming from the bathroom. So he was still getting ready.
No problem. I could wait.
I wandered around the room, glancing at the books on his shelf and the framed photos on his desk. A few minutes later, the bathroom door opened.
I instinctively looked up. And my brain completely short-circuited. Air left my lungs.
Keifer had obviously just finished showering, his damp hair still dripping as he casually dried it with a towel. While wearing only a towel around his waist and completely naked torso.
Why did this idiot have to look so effortlessly handsome? I didn't even realize I had been staring at him shamelessly until he caught me.
A slow, teasing grin spread across his face.
"Like what you see, wifey?"
"Huh?"
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. That was all my brain could manage. His grin only grew wider.
"I asked do you like my body, baby. Because you have been eye fucking me since I came out of bath."
Heat rushed straight to my cheeks. Great. Now I was blushing. I quickly looked away.
"You're mouth has absolutely no filters."
He chuckled.
"So does your eyes."
I refused to answer. Mostly because...Maybe he is right. And I wasn't about to admit that.
But this man has other plans.
He came closer to me and wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me to his chest. Then he look straight into my eyes which were already getting darker just like my thoughts.
"Tell me, Jay. Do I look good?"
I bit the inside of my cheek before giving the tiniest nod. His eyes immediately lit up with satisfaction.
"Well..." he said with a proud smile. "Looks like all those hours at the gym were worth it."
I rolled my eyes, trying to hide another smile.
"Don't flatter yourself."
He laughed.
"Too late."
I shook my head.
"You're impossible."
His smile softened.
"And yet you still came here early."
I froze.
"..."
He noticed. Of course he noticed. I cleared my throat and quickly looked away.
"It is just a Coincidence."
He laughed.
"Sure it is."
I groaned dramatically.
"You're such an asshole."
The second the words left my mouth...My eyes widened.
Fuck.
I actually cursed.
Keifer's grin became even bigger. He looked far too pleased with himself as he noticed my expression.
"Too late, baby. You already cursed. Now its time for my sweets."
He didn't give me much time to react as he crashed his mouth on mine. My hands fly towards his chest.
His tongue exploring my mouth and my hands exploring his abs. Fuck....I am in love with his body.
Then he started trailing down kisses along my cheeks, jawline and neck. My body was burning with intimacy. And I knew if I didn't stop him. There will be no chance for us to study.
So I pulled apart even when my heart was screaming to kiss him again.
Well he didn't get the sign and was about to kiss me again but I stopped him by putting my hand between our mouth.
"Enough. I came here to pass my exams, not fail because of you."
He growled in response. And join our foreheads.
"You're lucky I actually care about your grades."
A soft chuckle left my lips.
"Now put your clothes on. Section E is on the way."
"Fine."
Then he finally let go of my waist, give me a peck on my forehead and move towards the closet.
I let out a breath I don't know from how long I have been holding. When he disappeared in the closet I look in the mirror.
I took one look at myself in the mirror. Uneven breaths. Flushed cheeks. Messy hair. If Section E saw me like this, I'd never hear the end of it.
AUTHOR'S POV
The moment Jay and Keifer walked downstairs...Every conversation stopped. Sixteen pairs of eyes slowly turned toward them.
Blaster narrowed his eyes.
"Question."
Jay already knew where this was going.
"...No."
Rory looked between the two before grinning.
"You came out of the President's room."
Silence.
Then...
"OHHHHHHHH!"
Half of Section E erupted. Ci-N dramatically pointed at Jay.
"Traitor! You got here early and didn't even tell me?"
Jay blinked.
"That's what you're worried about?"
"Obviously!" Ci-N huffed. "Your best friend deserves exclusive information."
Denzel folded his arms.
"Exclusive information?"
Edrix smirked.
"More like exclusive alone time."
Jay grabbed the nearest throw pillow.
"Edrix."
He immediately raised both hands.
"I didn't even finish my sentence!"
The pillow still hit him. Right in the face. Everyone burst into laughter. Even Yuri let out a quiet chuckle. Keifer simply watched with an amused smile.
"She's getting violent," Edrix complained dramatically.
"Deserved," Keifer answered without hesitation.
The room instantly went silent. Everyone slowly turned toward him.
Rory gasped.
"HE DIDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!"
Felix pointed dramatically.
"President chose a side!"
Keifer looked completely unfazed.
"I did."
Jay couldn't hide the tiny smile tugging at her lips.
Ten minutes later...Not a single notebook had been opened.
Ci-N suddenly looked around.
"I'm hungry."
Jay immediately nodded.
"Same."
Mayo pointed at them.
"See? Even Jay agrees."
Keifer looked at Jay.
"What do you want to eat?"
The entire room froze.
Ci-N's eyes widened.
"He asked Jay first."
Jay didn't even hesitate.
"Lechon."
Without missing a beat—
"Done." Keifer replied.
Everyone stared at him.
Blaster blinked twice.
"...That was fast."
Kit looked personally offended.
"I wanted pizza!"
Denzel immediately objected.
"No, burgers."
Drew raised a hand.
"Fried chicken."
Felix shrugged.
"Ramen."
Mayo dramatically placed a hand over his heart.
"Biryani."
Ci-N stood on the couch.
"I SUPPORT LECHON!"
Jay high-fived him.
"See? Someone has good taste."
Ci-N grinned proudly.
"ST think alike."
Eren pointed at them.
"This is food favoritism."
Calix turned to Keifer.
"President, say something."
Keifer looked around the room before answering calmly.
"Jay said lechon."
Drew threw his hands in the air.
"THAT'S NOT A VALID ARGUMENT!"
Keifer shrugged.
"It's enough for me."
The room exploded.
"HE'S BIASED!"
"OBJECTION!"
"FAVORITISM!"
"ABUSE OF POWER!"
Ci-N laughed so hard he nearly fell off the couch. Jay was laughing just as much.
Thirty minutes later...After arguing over the menu...Changing it six different times...And somehow ending up ordering enough food to feed an entire classroom...
The living room looked exactly the same. Not a single page had been studied. Yuri quietly closed the book he'd been holding the entire time.
He looked around the room.
"...Are we done pretending this is a review session?"
The room slowly fell silent. Ci-N looked at the untouched textbooks.
"...Oops."
Yuri adjusted his glasses.
"Exams are in two days. If we fail, Sir Alvin is going to make us attend another review session."
The room collectively winced. Keifer nodded in agreement.
"He's right."
He clapped his hands once to get everyone's attention.
"Food will arrive in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes is enough time to revise one chapter."
Yuri nodded in agreement before opening his notebook.
"You heard him." He looked around at the group. "Books out. We study now... then we eat."
Josh groaned.
"You're both so boring."
Yuri looked at him with a straight face.
"And yet you'll be asking me for answers during the exam."
The room immediately burst into laughter. Josh scratched the back of his neck.
"...Fair point."
One by one, everyone finally opened their books.
At last...
The review session had officially begun.
