This was more like a relief to everyone as most were searching for their parents or parents for their kids.

Lucky enough even tho it was his first time using a crossbow the spiker was als just around 5 meters away so it hit straight into the head of the beast.
"Easy as that" just as he was celebrating the other two dogs startet dashing towards him in an instant being almost 1 meter from him.
Luckily he pulled himself back in just in time "at say no more watch this" he dashed 5 meters away again and went out the barrier, this time they were quicker noticing him and just as he shot the arrow they dashed towards him.
This time tho he didn't waste time and pulled back in just in time then swiftly loaded the arrow witch surprisingly was very easy this time just around 2 meters away from the beast peeked out the barrier and directly shot the arrow unfortunately it didn't hit the head and the beast already was on the move.
"Fukkk" tho it didn't kill it it immobilized it making it unable to walk screaming in pain as it wanted to bite Lucian.
He moved to the two dead dogs and as aspected he just had to think about what he wanted the same species to drop and it will drop. "At least with this I'll be able to skin you guys, Lucky needs to eat you know"
He retirieved two short swords four bottles of water and another 200 arrows. This time he took them back into the house then went back with one short sword and his crossbow and 50 arrows.
"At least they gave a arrow bag with the arrows or I don't know how I would be supposed to carry them" he then went to the nearest corpse took it in and cut a piece of the belly flesh.
"You got this Lucian you got this you been trough worst" he tried convincing himself as he cut open the creature and then part of the meat around 1kg of it and gave it to Lucky witch was waiting next to him.
"Here you go and if you don't like it don't eat it Lucky I'll be right back ok" as he finished he spotted a spot with one single spiker tho this one was way bigger almost twice the size of the other ones.
"If it's a game then this one should be giving me something good right" he moved slowly out the barrier no other beast nearby at least not around 20 meters from them and so he aimed waited for the spiker to stand still and pulled the trigger.
The arrow aimed at the head only slightly injured one of the beasts legs and it directly charged towards him. "You fake wolf you fat and ugly dog"
He was taunting the monster and it worked as it speeded up and just few meters from him he pulled back into the barrier, unfortunately for the monster it couldn't stop on time and like the first it smashed his head almost into gu.
"This one was even faster then the first but it's still alive, gotta be some powerful one then" the monster unable to walk as it tried but couldn't limped away as it tried to escape.
Lucian sow it reloaded the crossbow then stepped out and directly shot it in the head as the distance was only 1 meter the force was immense and directly passed trough its head killing it.
