Cooler is indeed very powerful; he managed to navigate through the Russian's Ki in a city with over eight million inhabitants and found the secret location where Microchip and his family are. This is still just the beginning, but he could be a very effective ally in future confrontations.
Cooler was dressed in an overcoat, hat, face mask, and worn-out pants from a diner, to disguise himself and avoid attracting the attention of the guards defending the warehouse where Microchip and his family was located.
Marco was in the van, watching the guards' movements through binoculars and waiting for the right moment to attack.
Where are you, Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat? This isn't going to be a game of cat and mouse. I'm not just going to kill pawns; you're targets too.
Forty minutes pass when a limousine pulls up to the warehouse, and a middle-aged woman and an elderly man get out and go inside.
They are the ones, time to act.
Marco gets out of the van, unlocks his .45, goes to the warehouse and attracts the attention of the guards, who start shooting at the Punisher.
One, two, three, four, five, and six bullets, all pierced the Punisher, and he remained alive and regenerating.
Marco then asks:
"Is that all you have to stop me?" Marco asks.
The guards are terrified to see the Punisher regenerate, and Marco takes advantage of this, killing the guards with his .45 caliber pistol. Gray orbs emerge from the bodies of the dead guards, and Marco absorbs their vital energies.
Upon seeing Marco near the warehouse, Cooler leaves the diner, using his speed to get close to Marco.
Cooler then says:
"Wouldn't you call me into action? I wasn't going to miss the chance to take out my anger on the Earthlings." Cooler says.
Marco then says:
"As long as you don't kill Microchip and his family, you can kill those guys inside the warehouse." Marco says.
Cooler uses his telekinesis to rip the door off the warehouse and enters, killing the guards inside in a matter of seconds. Soon after, all that can be found are mangled bodies, blood, and guts scattered throughout the warehouse.
Cooler then points and says:
"David Lieberman, Patricia Lieberman, and Abraham Lieberman are at that door on the right." Cooler says.
Marco walks to the door, opens it, and finds Microchip and his family; they were tied up and had some injuries.
Well, I think it's best to warn them that the floor is very slippery.
Marco removes Microchip and his family's restraints and asks:
"How did you know my family and I were here, and what was that noise?" Microchip asks.
Marco then replies:
"We have a new ally, and he is extremely powerful." Marco replies.
Microchip asks:
"Is Wolverine our new ally?" Microchip asks.
Marco replies:
"No, he's someone like Ultron with Frieza's abilities from Dragon Ball Z." Marco replies.
Microchip gets confused and asks:
"Who is he?" Microchip asks.
Marco replies:
"It's in the front part of the shed, come and see for yourself, and be careful walking, the floor is slippery." Marco replies.
Microchip and his family avoid looking at the ground, and when they get close, Marco says:
"Take off your mask and hat, they need to see who my new ally is." Marco says.
Cooler removes his mask and hat and introduces himself:
"Greetings Lieberman Family, I am Cooler, son of King Cold and older brother of Frieza." Cooler introduces himself.
Little Abraham Lieberman is shocked and says:
"I asked for a Goku action figure as a birthday present, and now my dad's ally is a DBZ villain." Abraham says.
Yes, you're not the only one who's going to be shocked.
Marco then orders:
"Take them away from here, Cooler, go back to the Lieberman house." Marco orders.
Microchip then asks:
"How will he get us home?" Microchip asks.
Abraham then replies:
"He has the same powers as Frieza." Abraham replies.
Cooler then says, slightly annoyed:
"Don't mention that spoiled brat's name near me! One day I will become strong enough to defeat a Super Saiyan, and it will be through my own effort!" Cooler says.
Marco then says:
"It's not the time to dwell on family history, take them away from here, I still have work to do." Marco says.
Even though Cooler was annoyed by the mention of Frieza, he uses his telekinesis to take Microchip and his family and launches them into flight to the Lieberman house.
Alright, now all we have to do is find The Russian and defeat him.
Marco goes to the other door on the left and kicks it down.
After entering the room, he is shot, but continues to regenerate and kills the guards who were in the room until he reaches the end of the room and knocks down another door, where he is met by a bazooka shot explodes inside him, leaving Marco with only his upper body.
That hurt like hell!
Then the Russian appears with a bazooka, standing on what seems to be what's left of Marco's body, and says ironically:
"Did you take mutant growth hormones? Nice try, Frank Jr., but that's not going to save you from death." The Russian says.
You will be the first.
"I don't die that easily." Marco says.
Let's try it like Piccolo does in Dragon Ball.
Marco's lower body regenerates in a matter of seconds, and he stands up, startling The Russian.
Marco looks at The Russian and says:
"Let's see if you can handle my new pace." Marco says.
Marco throws a jab at Russian and begins to unleash a combo of spinning kicks, crosses, hooks, and finally delivers an uppercut that rips off his head, and his tall, muscular body falls to the ground and blood begins to gush out.
He might be too tough a villain for a standard Punisher, but I'm a Punisher who isn't standard.
Ding!

Marco sees some wines in the background, he searches the place and before him appears a wine that dated back to 1605.
It was more subtle this time.
Marco grabs the wine and leaves the room, hearing police sirens in the distance.
This time they were saved by the bell, Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat, you're next.
