Thanks to the territorial conflict getting resolved early on, I didn’t have to get dragged onto the battlefield.
The Order of Apvel now headed straight towards the Carnoire dukedom.
It only took about a day to get there from the war front.
Not only was I surprised by how close it is to the battlefields, but I was also taken aback by the beauty of our destination.
The southern isles of the Carnoire dukedom were an ideal tourist destination.
It was famous for its transparent emerald oceans and white sand shores, not to mention the white buildings that lined the beach perfectly.
Ever since our carriage entered the dukedom, I was busy tracing the beautiful scenery with my eyes.
And when I caught a glimpse of the lone castle standing afar, I couldn’t close my mouth.
“Is that the Icheltaben castle?”
The white brick castle adorned with blue roofs, and tall towers was extravagant enough to pass as a castle from a fairytale.
