But suddenly, the atmosphere changed. The sky slowly darkened, and the light began to fade in an unnatural way. Goku opened his eyes slowly, sensing something strange approaching.
"This feeling… it's not normal."
He looked up and saw a massive black vortex forming in the sky, devouring the light around it. From within it, a thin strand of dark energy emerged, moving as if it had a will of its own. Goku immediately took a fighting stance, focusing on the incoming threat.
"Who are you?!"
There was no response. The strand suddenly accelerated and, within a split second, reached him and entered his body.
"AAARGH!!"
Goku dropped to his knees, his body burning from the inside. His mind was invaded by a voice that didn't belong to him—cold, heavy, and filled with an overwhelming presence.
"Finally… I found a suitable vessel."
Goku grabbed his head, resisting with everything he had. "Get out of my body!"
The voice laughed mockingly. "I am not just energy… I am will. And now, we are one."
In that moment, Goku found himself in a dark space within his own mind, standing face to face with a shadowy figure whose features were impossible to distinguish. He tried to move, to attack, but his body felt heavy.
"I won't let you take control!" he shouted, forcing himself forward.
The shadow stepped closer calmly. "Your resistance… only makes me stronger."

Elsewhere, Vegeta suddenly stopped his training, his eyes narrowing.
"That energy… there's no way it belongs to that idiot."
Without hesitation, he turned toward its source and took off at full speed.
In a distant city, Gohan felt it too. His heart pounded as he stood up abruptly.
"Dad… has changed."
Back with Goku, his eyes slowly opened. But they were no longer his. His gaze was cold, empty, and terrifying. A faint smile formed on his face.
"This world… is far too fragile."
He raised his hand and formed a small energy sphere, yet the pressure it emitted was overwhelming. Without a second thought, he launched it. In an instant, a nearby mountain was completely obliterated.
The explosion shook the land, but he remained still, simply watching.
At that moment, Vegeta arrived, landing directly in front of him. One look was enough to understand—this was no longer Goku.
"You… are not him."
Goku turned toward him with a cold expression. "That name… no longer matters."
Vegeta smirked, a mix of anger and excitement in his eyes. "Then let's find out who you really are."
His aura burst forth violently, cracking the ground beneath them.
"If something is controlling him… I'll force it out."
Goku didn't move. He simply raised his hand slowly as the dark aura expanded around him in a terrifying wave.
"Try… and you will regret it."
