Students turned to look as Ava Gray and her friend Sarah Park walk through the hallway. Ava never liked the attention but it was there and nothing could be done about it. Across the hallway Noah Finn stood in front of his locker with his friend Conrad Hilton and his girlfriend Samantha McGuire the cheerleader captain. Just then Noah and Ava's phone buzzed at the same time both of them looked at the messages they got for Ava it was from her father and for Noah it was from his father both of them got the same message:
Meet us at the Gray building now.
Ava reading this got out the school gates to the car waiting in the parking lot and got in while Noah went to his own car both of them going to the Gray building the main head building where the CEO office is.
When get arrived Ava and Noah entered the office together they were both side eyeing each other. They saw their parents seated in the office Noah's parents on the couch with Ava's Mom and Ava's father on his seat behind his desk.
Ava: Dad, Mom you called.
No hello no how are you two that wasn't what the Gray family did but Noah greeted all of them.
Noah: Hello Mom, Papa.
Noah's father William Finn gave a polite nod and his mother Amanda Finn gave Ava a glare and Noah a nod. She never liked Ava. Ava's parents however didn't nod at all that was never done every talk was a business one nothing more.
James Gray: Ava, Noah we called both of you here to discuss an important matter one that could change our companies for the better.
William Finn: We noticed that you two don't get along as much as you two need to and it's not beneficial for the companies.
Elizabeth Gray: We've decided that you two need to get along and for that we're arranging you two to get married.
Great joke mom getting married to him?! I'd rather puke on him Ava thought.
Noah: What..why?
Amanda Finn: Noah is this how you talk to the Gray's?
Noah: No sorry mother.
Amanda Finn: You two are going to get married this month and it's final we've arranged a house where you two will live after the wedding you two will live in that house no questions asked.
AvaGray: But-
Elizabeth Gray: Enough you two will get married, will get along and will have children!
Children with her Mrs Gray you've officially lost it Noah thought.
Ava: Okay Mom.
William Finn: Noah be a good gentleman and put this ring on Ava's finger and put one on your own.
Noah went still touching her that was difficult for him he never knew why. He reluctantly took one of the rings and put it in his own finger than took the other one and held Ava's hand as he slid the ring in her middle finger. Ava's hand tingled when he touched her and her pulse quickened thank God Noah let go of her hand before he could feel her pulse.
James Gray: There we go you two will get married soon I suggest starting to get along.
Just like that High School had become Ava's worst nightmare.
