Chapter 18 - The Servant Gun - Jane Powers, turn 387

you take Umbridge to the minecraft world to test and see if you can respawn

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You step through the dimensional portal into the Minecraft world, followed by Commander Athena carrying the still-unconscious Dolores Umbridge. The testing chamber Rebecca constructed overnight stands before you—a transparent glass enclosure with reinforced walls and a complex redstone mechanism connected to several iron doors.

"Chamber is secure and ready for testing, Divine Mother," Rebecca reports, her enhanced muscles flexing as she makes final adjustments to the mechanism. "The respawn anchor is charged and operational. I've added observation windows on all sides for optimal viewing."

You nod approvingly as Athena places Umbridge's unconscious form in the center of the chamber. The squat woman is beginning to stir, her toad-like features contorting as consciousness returns. Before she can fully awaken, you secure the specially designed gag in her mouth, effectively silencing her before she can unleash that sickening high-pitched voice.

"Restraints secured," Athena confirms, stepping back from the chamber. "Subject immobilized and silenced."

You take position at the observation window as Umbridge's bulging eyes snap open. Her face immediately contorts with rage when she realizes her situation, futilely struggling against her restraints while making muffled noises behind the gag.

"Good morning, Dolores," you say through the communication system. "Welcome to your new role as our test subject. Today we'll be conducting experiments on respawn mechanics in this universe."

Umbridge's eyes widen in a mix of confusion and fury, her stubby fingers clawing uselessly at the restraints.

"Allow me to explain exactly what's about to happen," you continue, smiling coldly. "In a moment, I'm going to release several zombies into your chamber. They will tear you apart, and we'll observe whether you respawn. Consider it educational research—something you claim to value so highly."

Terror fills Umbridge's bulging eyes as she struggles more desperately against her restraints, her muffled screams barely audible through the gag.

"Begin Test One," you command, pulling the lever connected to the redstone mechanism.

The iron door slides open with a metallic grind, and three blocky Minecraft zombies stumble into the chamber, immediately fixating on Umbridge. Her muffled screams reach a fever pitch as the zombies lurch toward her, their pixelated arms outstretched. With methodical violence, they tear into her pink-clad form, ripping her apart in a display of blocky gore that's somehow more disturbing for its abstracted nature.

A death message appears in the chat: "Dolores Umbridge was slain by Zombie."

Moments later, Umbridge materializes at the respawn anchor, her pink outfit intact and her body unharmed—though her eyes are wild with shock and terror.

"Fascinating," you observe, noting that all her items remained with her. "It appears this world operates under 'keepInventory' rules. Let's verify with another test method."

You turn to Commander Athena. "Put a bullet in her head."

Athena draws her sidearm without hesitation, takes aim through a small opening in the chamber, and fires a single shot. The bullet strikes Umbridge directly between her bulging eyes, her body crumpling instantly to the ground.

Another death message: "Dolores Umbridge was shot by Commander_Athena."

Again, Umbridge respawns at the anchor, clutching her head and screaming behind her gag despite the absence of any wound.

"Excellent," you say, moving to the final test phase. "Now for the void test."

You activate another mechanism that opens a trap door beneath Umbridge. She plummets through the floor, falling endlessly into the void below the Minecraft world, her muffled screams fading as she disappears from view.

The death message appears: "Dolores Umbridge fell out of the world."

She respawns once more at the anchor, now visibly shaking and cowering in a fetal position.

"I believe we've gathered sufficient data," you announce after conducting several more creative death scenarios. "The respawn mechanics are consistent and reliable. This confirms we can extract fictional characters without concern for permanent death."

You turn to Maxine, who has been documenting the entire experiment. "Prepare our unwilling volunteer for her final journey. I think a rocket ride into the sun—our sun, not this pixelated one—would be an appropriate end to her service."

Maxine nods, her enhanced breasts bouncing slightly as she taps on her tablet. "The rocket is already prepared in our dimension, Divine Mother. With your permission, we'll extract her now."

"Proceed," you command, watching with satisfaction as Umbridge is teleported back through the dimensional portal, still bound and gagged, destined for a one-way trip into the heart of your solar system's star.
