Principal Nezu took a sip of tea. "So, how are the students in Class 1-A doing?"
All Might, already back in his skinny form, wiped a bit of blood from the corner of his mouth. "They all have strong abilities. Inasa Yoarashi is solid across the board, definitely hero material. As for Shoto Todoroki, Endeavor's son… he's clearly dealing with some personal issues…"
Cough, cough!
After going over most of the class, All Might suddenly coughed again, spitting out another mouthful of blood before continuing.
"Izuku Midoriya still can't fully control One For All yet, but I believe in him. And then there's…"
"Arthur?"
Nezu cut in before he could finish.
All Might gave a serious nod. "During today's combat training… it felt like he wasn't just fighting. He was testing his own limits."
Nezu frowned slightly. "Quirks can evolve. Do you think he can feel that change coming?"
"That…"
All Might hesitated. He didn't have a clear answer.
"In any case, Class 1-A is in your hands, Symbol of Peace."
"Yes! Thank you for trusting me."
The next morning.
Inside the classroom, students had already started forming little groups.
It wasn't much different from Arthur's previous school. People naturally stuck to their own circles.
The only one who kept coming up to him without hesitation was the overly energetic Yoarashi Inasa.
"Alright, quiet down."
Right then, Shota Aizawa walked in, looking as tired as ever. His voice was flat, like he hadn't fully woken up yet.
"This might be sudden, but…"

The classroom exploded into noise.
Arthur stayed quiet, lost in his own thoughts, which didn't go unnoticed by Aizawa.
Yesterday's training… the idea of Quirk evolution…
Tenya Iida eventually stepped forward and suggested deciding everything through a vote.
Everyone agreed, including Aizawa.
Looking at the slip of paper on his desk, Arthur didn't hesitate at all.
He wrote down "Momo Yaoyorozu."
Around him, Inasa, Midoriya, Todoroki, and most of the class were clearly thinking back to yesterday's training while making their choices.
Others didn't think at all.
Those people probably just wrote their own names.
Five minutes later, Iida stood at the front and read out the results.
Momo Yaoyorozu: 6 votes
Arthur: 4 votes
Inasa Yoarashi: 3 votes
Izuku Midoriya: 2 votes
Shoto Todoroki: 2 votes
Yuga Aoyama: 1 vote
Katsuki Bakugo: 1 vote
Eijiro Kirishima: 1 vote
"What?! Why does Deku have more votes than me?!"
Bakugo immediately snapped, halfway out of his seat.
Obviously, he voted for himself.
The people with one vote probably did the same.
Midoriya looked just as shocked.
He didn't expect anyone to vote for him at all, let alone two people.
After thinking it over, he had voted for Inasa, since Inasa had beaten both him and Bakugo during the villain team match.
And honestly… after what happened back in middle school, the idea of Arthur being class rep felt kind of risky.
"I voted for Momo! Her plan yesterday against Iida was seriously amazing!"
Mina said, practically glowing with admiration.
"Same here."
Uraraka rubbed the back of her head with a smile.
"Same."
Tsuyu added simply, tapping her cheek.
It looked like most of the girls had chosen Yaoyorozu.
Arthur himself hadn't expected anyone to vote for him.
At that moment, Tokoyami, sitting behind him, spoke up quietly.
"I think your strength makes you suitable."

Arthur almost said it out loud.
"Yeah, it should definitely be someone strong!"
Inasa jumped in without hesitation.
Clearly, his vote went to Arthur.
Todoroki opened his mouth slightly, then decided not to say anything.
He still didn't know everyone well.

All he could think about now was pushing his power further.
Everything else felt like a distraction.
Along with the class rep and vice rep, the rest of the class positions were decided too.
For the disciplinary and academic committees, the final picks were YInasa and Shoto Todoroki.
Aside from Momo Yaoyorozu, every role ended up going to combat-heavy students.
Kind of ironic, since Tenya Iida was probably the most suited for this kind of thing, yet didn't get a single position.
But honestly, after getting instantly outplayed by Yaoyorozu's trap yesterday, no one really saw him the same way.
When the morning classes ended, everyone started heading toward the cafeteria.
"Arthur-kun, aren't you coming?"
Seeing him still sitting there, Yaoyorozu, who was with Tsuyu and the others, stopped and asked.
"I'm gonna walk around for a bit."
Arthur replied casually.
"Then I'll bring you something back. What do you want?"
She asked, being surprisingly considerate.
Sero, Mineta, and a few others nearby instantly looked jealous.
"Same as you is fine."
Arthur said that and walked off, leaving Yaoyorozu slightly embarrassed.
She already knew what was coming next.
Mina and the others were definitely going to start teasing her again.
Rooftop of the U.A. school building.
Arthur stood there, holding a small handgun meant for self-defense.
Yaoyorozu had made it for him using her Quirk.
He raised it and pointed it straight at his own temple.
Bang!
The moment he pulled the trigger, the bullet shot straight toward his head.
Arthur didn't even flinch.
Because The World had already appeared and caught the bullet between its fingers.
The tip of the bullet stopped less than a centimeter from his skin.
"Compared to Dio… this thing's precision and power are probably closer to Jotaro's Star Platinum."
Arthur stared at The World and muttered quietly.
"I'm this close to pushing it further… but that last step is the hardest."
The problem was, The World didn't have its own consciousness.
It couldn't tell him what he was missing.
Hell, it probably didn't even know itself.
After all, this wasn't Dio's Stand.
It was his.
Suddenly, Arthur felt something off.
He turned his head, looking beyond the U.A. campus.
About two miles out, flashes of white kept appearing.
At first it looked like light.
But focusing a bit more, he realized what it actually was.
Ice.
A large-scale ice attack.
Something very similar to Todoroki's Quirk.
What the hell is that?
Are the Todorokis fighting each other or something?
Arthur frowned slightly.
Ring!!
Suddenly, a loud alarm echoed across the entire campus.
An enemy alert.
The whole school instantly fell into chaos.
But Arthur barely cared about that.
The ice attack caught his attention way more.
From what he knew about Todoroki's family, even though he had siblings, he was the only one with both fire and ice.
The others either had weaker Quirks or didn't inherit one properly.
So who the hell was using ice like that?
"Should I go check it out?"
Arthur merged The World back into himself and jumped straight off the rooftop, landing cleanly in the middle of the training field.
He was about to head out of the campus.
"Ugh… ugh…"
A pained voice suddenly came from nearby.
Arthur glanced over.
A U.A. student in uniform was kneeling on the ground, clutching his head. He had a huge, bulky build, but his face looked stiff, almost like a stone statue.
Arthur paused for a second, then remembered.
This guy was one of the students who didn't make it in because he and Inasa took their spots.
What was his name again?
Didn't matter.
"S-so scary…"
The stone-faced boy trembled as he spoke. "That sound… it's really angry…"
"What are you talking about?"
Arthur asked.
"Huh?!"
Even though he was bigger, the guy flinched and scrambled backward like he'd just seen a ghost.
"N-no, I just… I used my Quirk to sense something…"
"Koda-kun!"
An orange-haired girl with a side ponytail rushed over.
Seeing how scared he looked, she immediately got defensive.
"You, what did you do to him?"
"Arthur-kun!"
Right then, Yaoyorozu arrived with Mina, Tsuyu, and the others, holding a bento box.
Seeing the tense situation, she blinked in confusion.
"W-what's going on?"
"You're from Class A?"
The orange-haired girl frowned. "Just now, this guy was talking to our classmate…"
"N-no, it's not like that!"
Koji Koda, who should have been in Class A, quickly waved his hands, trying to explain.
He cleared things up before it could turn into something bigger.
"I-I'm sorry! I reacted too fast!"
The orange-haired girl immediately bowed.
"I'm Itsuka Kendo from Class B. Really sorry about that."

Yaoyorozu smiled and waved it off.
"Ah! I…!"
Koda suddenly screamed again, making both groups jump.
At the same time, Arthur's expression shifted slightly.
He looked up.
A blur shot across the sky above them.
It was moving way too fast to see clearly.
Like a fighter jet diving straight down.
"The World."
Arthur spoke under his breath.
The World instantly shot forward, reaching out to grab the dark flying overhead.
