My house was full with a lot of family members, both those I knew and those I haven't seen before. My dad was not happy but he answered all of them and he listened to their condolences. I was mostly locked in my room thinking about what's my mom said. It kept disturbing me ever since that day but I've not gotten the chance to do it, every time I tried I was unlucky until one day.
My dad decided to leave the house and take some fresh air so I went to their room, entered my mom's closet and as I was working, I saw a rat past by my leg, I screamed and ran away but I later came back again. I knew I had to be fast because my dad will come back anytime soon so I went to where my mum kept her wedding dress, I saw the box, open it and read the words it does not look like English. it sounded like my mom's native Irish language, I said the word and then a door appeared. I took the key from the box and open the door when I entered I saw the most beautiful cave I've ever seen my life
It was decorated with gold and when I got closer into the cave, a mysterious young man appeared.
"Who are you" he said with a deep voice then I replied,"My name is Kira and my mom said I should come here but I don't know what I'm supposed to do".
The man looked at me with mysterious eyes he moved around me observing my face and my whole body he was actind very weird. Then he said
"Does your mom happens to be Philomena" I said yes then looked at me again and said
" You look nothing like her but never mind what happened to her he asked she's dead I replied almost in tears the man jumped so high out of fear and surprise he then ran around me and said
"What killed her. What killed my precious Guardian. I looked at him wondering maybe he was mad. At a point, I thought if he was my mum's secret husband. I replied
"She died of cancer last week but before she died she told me to come here and now I'm here"
"You little child can't be the new guardian.Why would Fifi just die like that.The man said to himself but I could hear it so I replied
"I'm not a little child".
He laughed in an awkward manner.I frowned at him and gave him a big slap at his bag. I am a very aggressive kid and my mum and took me to Karate so I really know how to fight.
