Chapter 6 - Getting to Know Lutherking!!!!

Yasoke dashes through the corridor with Jhony on his shoulders, ignoring the presence of all the doctors. The hallway was strangely vast, housing forty rooms dedicated to various medical specialties. At the end of the path, he climbs the stairs and, on the first floor, finds another forty rooms, all occupied; apparently, the city was the scene of countless accidents. He continues his ascent to Room 116, entering abruptly by kicking the door open.

Upon entering the room, the nurse assisting a patient startles at the sudden entrance. She sees a foot first, then the teenager rushing in. Yasoke drops Jhony onto the bed without any caution, quite rudely. Satisfied at having finished the task, he scowls with a sense of "mission accomplished."

The nurse questions him about the untimely entry, but Yasoke simply shows the note: "A boy will enter the room, probably desperate :)." In a state of shock, she tries to process the information, but upon glancing away for a moment, she realizes Yasoke is already climbing the window. The young man opens the gap of about one meter and leaps. The nurse screams, horrified, but seeing him hit the ground of the second floor as light as a feather, the situation takes on an air of surreal normality. She asks the boy prostrate on the stretcher if that was routine; Jhony just nods his head.

"I've already left Jhony at the hospital, now I just have to find Yuji!" Yasoke exclaims while running through the colossal avenues of Lutherking. He consults Yuji's instructions again: "After you leave the hospital, meet me at the courtyard of the founding house of Lutherking :)." The youth wonders about the master's obsession with emoticons in his messages.

As he traverses the metropolis seeking information, Yasoke notices the color pattern of white and gold, without any trace of misery. However, as he turns a corner, the landscape transforms radically. The meticulously built residences give way to brick shacks, bonfires, and a somber atmosphere of a greenish hue, exhaling an air of lawlessness. The teenager is then approached by an old man.

"Hey boy, you got a Cage 4 to sell?"

Yasoke remains static, not knowing how to react, when another ragged man appears with the same demand. Suddenly, a horde of addicts and visibly sick dogs, with thick saliva dripping from their jaws, surround him. Yasoke flees to the end of the road, realizing it's a dead end. Cornered, he spots two walls about five meters high. Using a technique of alternating jumps between the surfaces, he reaches the upper street level. To his horror, he notices that both the men and the animals are beginning to climb.

Observing the surroundings, he notices that the degradation affects everyone: children, youths, cats, and rats share that fetid environment of sewage and trash. He runs desperately toward a golden light on the horizon, but the path is blocked by a fifteen-meter fence. Without an alternative, he climbs the obstacle with agility, while the pursuers recoil upon contact with the luminosity emanating from the other side.

After crossing the barrier, Yasoke breathes a sigh of relief, feeling the fresh air. He encounters a lush park, filled with vivid trees, emerald-green lawns, and quartz trails bordered with gold. In the distance, he spots the monumental palace with its three towers composed of gold, silver, and diamond. In front of the structure, there is a colossal statue of a man under a cloak. Yasoke approaches and reads the inscription on the base: "Sifão Gular, Fifth Marshal and head of the city of Lutherking." The statue's face shows a deep scar.

"You finally made it! I was already about to slaughter the ox to make a barbecue, hahaha!" Yuji shouts good-naturedly, balancing in a crouch on a white ceramic and gold fence.

"Hey, but why did you call me here?" Yasoke approaches the master, who explains calmly:

"I saw that you were curious about Macogo, and I know you're going to participate in a tournament." He pulls the youth's registration form from his pocket. "If I teach you Macogo, your chances of winning the tournament will increase."

Yuji smiles, while an excited Yasoke begins to search his pockets frantically. Meanwhile, inside the palace hall, an atmosphere of dense tension was forming. In the center of the room stood a gigantic throne.
