ISLA~
The sound of glass shattering cut through the noise of our laughter. I turned toward the sound and saw Elara, frozen in place.
Instinct took over "Are you okay?" I rushed toward her.
Her eyes widened in fear as if I was some beast about to attack her. I stepped back a little.
Why was she looking at me that way?
A tear rolled down her eyes. "Elara…" I waved my hand in front of her face. She stepped back. She cleared her throat and looked away from me.
"Is she okay?" Leonard asked.
"We are both seeing her act up, aren't we?" I glared at him then returned my focus back to her.
Seriously why did she have that look on her face?.
She wheezed. My brows came together. She didn't look like this during her last asthma attacks. "Inhaler right?" I asked as I looked at Leonard. "Grab her to seat."
I ran up the stairs to my room. I looked around.
"Where had I dropped it?" I searched through the mess on my table before opening the wardrobe and pulling down a metal box.
