"Mum, why would Mr. Goodman want to hide the fact that Loretta is in the hospital?" Isabella asked.
Mrs. Gladstone looked at her daughter. Of course, she had no idea why Kevin would make that kind of decision, but looking at the situation, she felt it must have something to do with him wanting to cover up the rumors about his curse.
"Maybe it's because of the rumors."
Benjamin sighed. "I just checked all the news. Although the accident is everywhere, Loretta's identity was not in a single one, not even in the official list of victims," Benjamin said.
