# Chapter 6. A Dangerous Hobby
"Heeyeon."
"Oh, my goodness, it is you! What are you doing here? I thought your mother was running the café today so I came to visit during work!"
Heeyeon and Jinju had been friends ever since they were young. She was a twenty-six-year-old seasider who’d lived in Haerang her entire life.
"Heeyeon Yoon, do you come here often?"
Jinju pulled herself up from the swing and approached Heeyeon, questioning her in a somewhat urgent tone.
"Hey! Jinju Baek! It’s been so long since we last saw each other and that’s the first thing you’re asking me?"
The smile suddenly dropped from Heeyeon’s face.
Jinju had left, or rather, abandoned Haerang, cutting off all ties with everyone, including Heeyeon, who was close to her mother.
Jinju's mother had frequently asked her about Jinju's whereabouts over the years, but today, the roles were reversed.
Heeyeon stared at Jinju with narrowed eyes.
