Chapter 7 - The Girl the System Feared

⚡ The Truth Inside Lina

The morning after the attack didn't feel like morning.

The sky was too still.

Even birds felt absent.

Lina sat on the floor, knees hugged close.

Darian noticed immediately—she wasn't her usual talkative self.

Too quiet again.

"…What do you hear?" he asked.

Lina hesitated.

"…Numbers."

That made him pause.

Slowly.

"Explain."

She blinked like she was trying to understand it herself.

"When I sleep… I see rooms. White rooms. And people talking like I'm not there."

A pause.

Then softer:

"…They call me 'Unit Seven.'"

Silence.

The house didn't move.

But everything inside it changed.

🖤 Lina's Origin (revealed piece by piece)

Brother 2 slowly stood up.

"…That's not a name."

Brother 1 frowned.

"That sounds like a classification."

Darian's eyes narrowed slightly.

He already suspected it.

But hearing it confirmed something worse.

Lina wasn't lost.

She was constructed into the system.

A controlled existence.

Not born into chaos.

Created inside it.

⚡ The Organization Revealed

Far away…

the woman stood in front of a sealed data archive.

Every file labeled:

PROJECT LINA – STAGE ZERO

A subordinate asked:

"Why was she placed outside containment?"

The woman answered quietly:

"…Because she started responding emotionally."

A pause.

Then colder:

"And emotional assets cannot be controlled."

🖤 Darian's Reaction (something breaks)

Back in the house…

Darian stood still.

For once—he wasn't moving.

Not because he was calm.

Because something inside him was tightening.

Lina looked up at him.

"…Am I something bad?"

That question hit differently.

Even the brothers stopped talking.

Darian crouched slightly in front of her.

"No."

Simple.

Firm.

Final.

But Lina didn't look convinced.

"…Then why do they want me?"

Silence.

Darian didn't answer immediately.

Because the truth was worse than fear.

Then finally:

"Because you matter."

That made her freeze.

Not fear.

Confusion.

"…That's bad?"

Darian's voice lowered.

"Yes."

⚡ First Direct System Intervention

The house lights flickered.

All screens turned on by themselves.

Every device.

Every monitor.

Every wall interface.

Then—

a voice.

Not human.

Not localized.

"UNIT SEVEN CONFIRMED ACTIVE."

Brother 1 swore under his breath.

"…They found her signal."

Brother 2 moved instantly.

"Darian. We have less than minutes before full extraction teams arrive."

Lina grabbed Darian's sleeve tighter.

"…They're coming here?"

Darian didn't look away from the screen.

"Yes."

A pause.

Then Lina whispered:

"…Will you still say no?"

That question didn't belong to a child.

It belonged to someone choosing trust despite logic.

Darian finally looked at her.

And said:

"Yes."

🖤 The Decision That Changes Everything

He stood up slowly.

The room felt heavier.

Not because of fear.

Because of certainty.

He turned to his brothers.

"This stops here."

Brother 1 blinked.

"…You mean—"

Darian interrupted.

"No more defense."

Silence.

Then he said the line that changed the entire direction of the story:

"We end the system."

Even Brother 2 went quiet.

"…That's war."

Darian's answer was immediate.

"Yes."

⚡ Outside Movement (they are coming)

Far outside the house…

vehicles began moving in silence.

Not loud.

Not chaotic.

Organized.

Dozens.

Maybe more.

The woman watched the operation unfold on a digital map.

And for the first time—

she looked uncertain.

Because the report changed mid-update:

"TARGET AFFECTED BY UNKNOWN PROTECTIVE ENTITY: DARIAN KORR"

She whispered:

"…So he chose her completely."

🌸 Lina's Emotional Anchor Moment

Inside the house…

Lina stood closer to Darian.

Very small voice:

"…If I didn't meet you… would I still be 'Unit Seven'?"

Darian didn't hesitate this time.

"No."

She blinked.

"…Then I'm glad I met you."

That line didn't belong to fear.

It belonged to attachment.

And attachment… is what the system could never control.

🖤 Final Scene (war begins)

Darian looked at the door.

Then the windows.

Then the house itself.

Everything outside was closing in.

Brother 1 exhaled.

"…We really doing this?"

Brother 2 smirked slightly.

"…We already are."

Darian stepped forward slightly.

Positioning himself in front of Lina.

Not as a weapon.

Not as a monster.

But as something worse for the system.

A choice they couldn't override.

🌑 End of Chapter 7

The system had finally stopped observing.

And started attacking.
