Keifer POV
The first thing I did after waking up was smile like an idiot.
Jay was officially mine now.
Not secretly, Not confusingly ,Not "almost."
Official.
I rubbed a hand over my face and sat up on the bed, laughing quietly to myself.
"She really said yes…"
Even remembering her sleepy voice from last night made my chest feel warm.
I grabbed my phone immediately.
No way was I keeping this to myself longer it's time to suprise Section E
I called Rory first.
He picked up after two rings.
"What?" he groaned sleepily.
"Tell everyone to meet at Toyo Eatery at noon," I said casually.
There was silence.
Then—"…Why?"
I smirked. "You'll see."
After cutting the call, I leaned back against the headboard and stared at Jay's contact for a second before pressing call.
Once.
Twice.
Then finally—"Hello…" Jay answered in a sleepy voice. "Why are you calling this early?"
I chuckled softly.
"Oh, my baby marshmallow," I teased, "it's not early. It's already eight o'clock."
I could practically imagine her frowning.
"Be ready," I continued. "We're going on a date today. Just the two of us."
Before she could ask more questions, I ended the call.
And immediately started laughing to myself.
Jay was going to lose her mind when she saw Section E there.
🌙 Jay POV
"Oh shit."
I shot upright in bed.
"How could I forget?!"
Today was my date with Keifer.
I quickly opened my closet, staring at my clothes in panic.
"What am I even supposed to wear?"
At first, I thought about wearing a normal top and jeans.
Simple and Safe.
But then…
I don't know why, Maybe because it was Keifer.
Maybe because I wanted him to look at me a little longer today.
So I chose the dress.
Light blue,Soft and elegant.
The fabric wrapped gently around my figure, simple but beautiful in a way that made me feel strangely confident. My long dark hair fell over my shoulders in soft waves, making the pale blue stand out even more against my skin.
I stared at myself in the mirror for a second.
"Okay…" I whispered nervously. "This is fine."
Just as I picked up my comb, my phone rang again.
Keifer.
"Jay," he said in that deep, gentle husky voice of his, "where are you? I'm outside your door."
My eyes widened.
"What?! Wait, wait—please, I'm still getting rea—"
"It's okay," he cut me off softly. "Take your time."
After the call ended, I hurried to finish getting ready.
I usually didn't wear makeup.
But today, I added just a little.
Just enough.
Before leaving, I peeked into the kitchen.
"Tita Gemma," I called out carefully, "I'm going on a date with Keifer today."
She looked up with the most knowing smile ever.
"Finally," she muttered.
I groaned in embarrassment and quickly escaped before my two grumpy brothers noticed anything.
The moment I stepped outside—
I froze.
Keifer was leaning against his jeep casually, one hand in his pocket.
But the second he saw me…
He straightened.
And just stared.
🔥 Keifer POV
The sound of the door clicking open made me look up.
And then—
I forgot how to breathe.
Jay walked toward me slowly, the morning sunlight catching against her light blue dress so softly that for a second she didn't even look real.
Her hair framed her face perfectly, falling in dark waves over her shoulders. The color of her dress made her skin glow, and the tiny bit of makeup she wore only made her eyes shine even more.
She looked elegant.
Soft and Dangerously beautiful but mine .
And suddenly, I understood why people wrote poetry.
"You look breathtaking, Jay," I said honestly.
I watched her cheeks turn pink instantly.
"Are you blushing?" I teased.
"I am not," she argued quickly, hiding her face and looking away toward the window.
God.
I couldn't stop staring at her.
"Don't stare at me like I'm food," she mumbled.
I smirked."You are my food."
I leaned slightly closer.
"And I want to swallow every tiny bit of this food."
🌙 Jay POV
Oh my God.
Blood rushed straight to my face.
At this point there was literally no difference between me and a tomato.
Did he seriously just say that?!
By the time we reached the place, I was still trying to recover mentally.
Then I looked up and read the sign.

I turned to him so fast my neck almost snapped.
"Isn't this one of the most expensive restaurants in Manila?" I asked.
"Yes," Keifer answered casually.
"It's beautiful," I whispered, staring at the elegant exterior.
He looked at me instead. "But not more than you."
Before I could react, his arm wrapped around my waist gently, pulling me closer as we walked inside together.
And then—
I froze.
No.
No, no, no.
I had to be dreaming.
"JAY!" Cin suddenly ran toward me excitedly.
"You look beautiful!" he squealed before narrowing her eyes suspiciously. "But why are you wearing a dress?"
Her gaze dropped to Keifer's hand around my waist.
"…And why is Keifer hand THERE?"
I immediately tried moving away from Keifer in embarrassment.
Big mistake.
His grip tightened possessively around my waist instead.
Heat rushed to my face so fast I thought I might actually combust.
I turned toward him in shock.
"Did you call them?" I whispered aggressively.
He grinned shamelessly.
"Yes."
"At least you could've told me!"
"Oh, Jay," he laughed softly, "relax."
When we reached the table, everyone was staring at us.
Correction—
staring at me and Keifer.
Together.
Then suddenly, almost everyone asked at once—
"ARE YOU TWO DATING?!"
Keifer intertwined his fingers with mine calmly.
"Yes," he said proudly. "We're dating. And now we're official."
"FINALLY!" Mayo shouted dramatically.
The others immediately started cheering.
"So it's official now?!""Jayfer is real!""About time!"
I laughed nervously, but then my eyes landed on Yuri.
He looked pale.
But honestly…
After the hit list incident, I didn't even know how to act around him anymore.
Still, he forced a small smile.
"I'm happy for both of you."
I nodded politely.
"Thank you."
The rest of the afternoon passed in laughter, teasing, and chaos.
For the first time in a long while…
Things felt normal.
Warm.
Safe.
After almost two hours, everyone finally started leaving.
Keifer leaned closer to me.
"Come to my house?"
I blinked.
"Okay."
Honestly, with all the chaos lately, we barely got personal time anymore.
We walked toward the car together.
The second I settled into the passenger seat—
Keifer kissed me suddenly.
Soft at first.
Unexpected.
I froze for half a second before kissing him back with the same intensity.
One kiss became another.
Closer. Warmer.
More emotional than playful.
Finally, he pulled back slightly, both of us breathless.
"You're seriously dangerous today," he muttered softly, resting his forehead briefly against mine.
My face burned instantly again.
He gently helped me sit properly before starting the drive.
The rest of the ride felt quiet—
but comfortable. Then he slid his one hand into my thigh and his touch fells too hot around my skin But to be honest I enjoyed it.....
And somehow, every small touch between us felt warmer than before.
By the time we reached his house, my heartbeat still hadn't calmed down.
