The small talk that Vivian and her Mother were pushing this entire time was of little importance to me, so I mainly just... worked slowly at my extremely jumbled thoughts, trying to piece together what was going to happen to me here in the immediate future.
I was related to the Lucreiza Family now, which meant those expectations were going to spike, while the resources I had access to - resources I had yet to actually see, mind you - would likely go up as well.
That was its own whole jumbled mess I needed to go through too since on the one hand I was very far behind most people, but on the other using resources to get stronger was honestly something that left a bad taste in my mouth.
We were just waiting for Father and Lord Victor to come back and inform us of whatever it was that they had come to the decision of in regards to this 'debt' that the Lucreiza's owed us, but it was then that Valentina just... decided to be... interesting.
