Aias's POV
It was now Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Motoi's turn on the podium. Adjusting my silver Eastern Orthodox cross on my neck, I can tell that he was more bewildered by the four contingency plans my homeland of Greece and the other six MPC nations had come up with on the fly. I also heard and realized that Rory Mercury likes suffering! Oh, man, she is sadistic, and the Greek EYP captain Rhea Bakirtzis wasn't joking about her reports to the EYP in Athens on Rory's brutal nature. And then, an attendant delivered a last minute to Motoi, and Motoi grabbed it to read it for a few seconds, nodded at it, and put it on the podium.
"It seemed that the detained agents of the CIA, SVR, and MSS had chosen to spill out the details of the Hakaze Inn Incident that happened a few days ago," he declared to everyone.
The delegation from the Big Three were shaking with fear while Juan from the Philippines and Giovanni from Italy were snickering at them and flashed smirks at them.
After Motoi ended his speech, sudden, Rory stood up and with sheer audacity, walked to the nearest microphone stand facing the podium and Motoi. She said this and to everyone in the summit hall, "You know, my good sir, I saw bloodshed in the Special Region, but this? The four rounds of roasting with zero bloodshed or blades drawn and only words, threats, and a shoe thrown back to its owner? How delicious it was, better than lots of blood and gore on the grass."
Motoi managed to keep a straight, polite face at her as Rory emanated an aura that prompted me to hold my cross necklace.
Juan beside me did the sign of the cross in the Aglipayan-Roman Catholic style for like the third time.
"Okay…" Motoi nervously chuckled at Rory, "...thanks for your opinion. I appreciated your compliment on the aid the MPC nations had brought to us."
With that, Rory walked back to her seat all proud.
The Japanese general Kazufumi Ryuzaki seemed to be scared by Rory's words on the microphone stand.
Aydan, Juan, María José, Giovanni, Hazama, and Ioanna just stared at Rory with awe.
Nevertheless, the summit ended at 12 this noon, and we left the hall. The American envoy that had collapsed on the floor earlier was assisted by his colleagues before they left the hall. This noon, we will have lunch in the JSDF headquarters, and the parliamentary attendants and I had some window time for a shopping spree for Japanese souvenirs and snacks. Juan and Hafid were excited about this opportunity, while María José became our companion for this shopping trip. Hafid needed to do this now before his noon prayer time as a Muslim started. With our Japanese yen converted from our respective currencies through our personal savings, we embarked on this shopping spree this noon.
