Chapter 489 - Chapter 180: Gods? Duvall's many

Heir families were certainly not harmonious. Though they numbered only a handful, the conflicts between them were acute.

As early as Universe 2881, when several Heirs besieged the Robot Spider-Man, a civil war erupted among them.

The Heir, named Kahn, the youngest of the family, engaged in a brief but fierce battle with his sister Bora and brother Damons.

This time, Damons was leading the assault on Universe 13—for now, he was eager to devour a large group of gods, specifically one, or preferably two.

"Calm down, you're too impatient! Morlun is also on the move and might follow us here. Don't think you can just eat all of them," Bora shouted, frowning.

"Even that loser Kahn can devour a god, so why can't I?" the burly

, long-haired Damons angrily shouted. If you didn't look at his expression, you'd mistake the tall, tuxedoed man for a gentleman.

Within the Heir family, everyone harbors resentment toward the youngest son, Kahn.

Centuries ago, the entire Heir family dispatched to Universe 001 to hunt the Weaver,

the deity who controls the Spider Totem. A being half human, half mechanical spider, he weaves the destinies of all Spider-Men across the multiverse like a diligent weaver in the Web of Life and Destiny.

During that battle, Kahn's cowardice and hesitation, his failure to charge at the crucial moment, led to his mother's death at the hands of the Weaver.

Even if the Heirs successfully captured and controlled the Weaver, seizing the Web of Life and Destiny and thereby gaining control of the fates and coordinates of all Spider-Men across the multiverse, it still wouldn't be considered a complete victory.

Dammons, in particular, was filled with jealousy and resentment toward his eldest brother, Morlun, who always received his father's love and the best treatment. Even when they captured a few Spider-Men and brought them back for a feast, they would wait until Morlun returned before eating.

Meanwhile, Damons, with his insatiable hunger for food, was envious of Kahn's recent luck in hunting down a god!

A god-level Spider-Man possessed the totemic power of countless ordinary Spider-Men combined!

How much power would one gain from consuming a god? It was simply impossible to estimate. At the very least, it would probably be comparable to the Weaver Master, right?

The Weaver Master was definitely not to be eaten, unless they had devoured all the Spider-Men and returned to Universe 001 to devour the Weaver Master and all the Spider-Totems he controlled.

"Bora, help me! Before Morlun and my father arrive!" Damons roared furiously.

Bora sighed and charged into the group of Spider-Men.

"Foolish fellows, trespassing on my territory is courting death!" Captain Spider-Man immediately raised his voice. He was determined to teach these heirs a lesson and prove his reputation as the strongest Spider-Man was well-deserved.

He wanted to show everyone how the successor, feared by ordinary Spider-Men, met a horrific end at the hands of this god.

Captain Universe was about to charge forward, but was immediately stopped by Bora.

A large group of other Spider-Men, leveraging their numbers, also rushed out. Half went to help Captain Universe Spider-Man besiege Bora, while the other half intended to attack Damons, unsure of the Alien Spider-Man's strength.

For these battle-hardened Spider-Men, quickly formulating such a strategy without any discussion was not a challenge; it was instinctive combat.

"Stop! Let's all deal with Bora!" Ultimate Spider-Man shouted.

"You guys deal with Bora, I'll join forces with this guy to deal with Damons!" Prime Spider-Man gritted his teeth, unable to bear the thought of letting Alien Spider-Man face off against such a terrifying successor alone.

In a flash of lightning, Ultimate Spider-Man regarded Prime Spider-Man with a cold gaze, angered once again by his foolishness and naiveté.

What an idiot! If this alien truly came from the group that killed the God of Terror, then it's most likely a scout sent to Universe 13 by that mysterious otherworldly deity.

Looking at Spider-Man in this monstrous form, it further suggests that this terrifying deity possesses a profound mastery of biotechnology. It's

also quite possible that he's mastered time travel. Once they confirm the situation here, they might face the terrifying deity himself.

In this situation, Peter Parker, the Joker, actually went to rescue that monster?

Dammons watched eagerly, only to notice that the creature, after turning around, remained motionless, seemingly devoid of even eyes.

"I've never seen a creature like this before... What kind of Spider-Man is this? But my instinct tells me you're dangerous. Killing you will yield great rewards, no less than that pretentious Spider-Man 13! Please don't let me down!"

  Dammons desperately wanted to improve.

As Dammons approached, the alien suddenly swung its tail, sending him flying with a single blow. A deafening roar echoed, and the air within the base exploded, shaking the very base.

A normal person would have had their internal organs shattered in a matter of seconds.

This single blow shocked everyone present,

especially the Spider-Men, who even paused briefly, ceasing their attacks on Bora to gaze in shock.

"Am I seeing this correctly? That terrifying butcher Davis killed several of us, and yet he was defeated in a single blow?"

"This guy seems even more skilled than the Spider-Man from the 616 Universe..."

"Every time we've faced the Inheritors in the past, we've always lost. It looks like this time will be different; we have quite a few skilled fighters among us."

Those Spider-Men who had never faced the Inheritors were fine, but those who had witnessed their fear firsthand, who had watched their teammates perish before their very eyes, were overjoyed. Their gazes toward the alien Spider-Man changed, filled with fiery passion.

"Hmph, as expected. While the Inheritors are terrifying, they're still no match for Kul, let alone the monsters who've crossed over and captured him." Ultimate Spider-Man sneered inwardly, growing even more apprehensive. He quietly stood beside Captain Universe, while simultaneously moving away from the Alien Spider-Man.

"This is strange! He's already attacked, but I still don't sense any totemic power from him."

Damons scrambled to his feet, wiping the blood from his mouth, bewildered.

But he had no time to investigate. The Alien had silently approached him, like a silent iceberg suddenly bearing down. Though possessing a terrifying mass capable of crushing all flesh and blood, it remained silent, rendering the entire destruction silent.

The totemic power within Damons' body continuously surged, greatly enhancing his physical strength. With lightning speed, he seized the Alien's neck and exerted a powerful force, but failed to budge.     You know, if Spider-Man were to be subjected to such force, his neck would snap like a cucumber.

  With a swish!

The alien swung its tail, the sharp tip severing Damons's waist. Not only that, it opened its mouth and unleashed a stream of scorching light, piercing Damons's chest.

As a genetic fusion of the Hyperion alien and Spider-Man, this creature naturally possessed considerable strength.

Of course, this strength wasn't quite on par with that of a Heavenly Father, but it was more than enough to violently destroy Damons's body.

  Everything happened in a flash.

  "Cool!"

"Oh my God, that was so fast, so fierce! Are we going to win this time?"

"Look at that Heir, he was beaten so hard he couldn't fight back, destroyed in an instant."

"We have to work harder here too, there are so many of us... Be careful!"

Damons, not quite dead yet, opened his mouth and bit the strange Spider-Man before him fiercely, wanting to confirm something.

After taking a sip, Damons' eyes flashed with shock. He discovered that the Alien Spider-Man truly lacked the totemic power, not, as he had suspected, some kind of technology blocking or blocking it.

But he couldn't bring himself to confess this truth. Having absorbed the Alien's blood, he used his last remaining strength to let out a scream. Half his head was soon gone, and the half-body sizzled to the ground, a horrific sight.

From the exchange to the end, the fight had unfolded so swiftly, so quickly that the Spider-Men were overwhelmed.

A Successor had already died in just a few rounds?

Speaking of which, when the Successors killed Spider-Man, they usually took him down in just a few moves.

  "Well done,"

Captain Universe Spider-Man said, floating in mid-air, his hands folded as he nodded majestically. Now it was his turn to dispatch Bora.

Bora's face was devoid of any fear. He faced the aggressive Captain Universe head-on with a sneer.

Captain Universe unleashed a terrifying burst of energy, transforming into countless streams of light, which Bora sent flying.

Perhaps spurred on by the Alien and Spider-Man, Captain Universe Spider-Man desperately wanted to prove himself, attempting to defeat the Inheritor even faster, proving himself the strongest Spider-Man in the multiverse.

The terrifying energy blast he unleashed far exceeded the capabilities of ordinary Spider-Man. It emanated from Universe 13, shattering the entire base beyond recognition, crumbling layer upon layer of thick walls.

"Too strong! With these two, we can't lose! The second Inheritor will be annihilated soon!" Six-Armed Spider-Man shouted joyfully. Captain Universe Spider-Man, like a white meteor, slammed into the rubble, crushing Bora into the ground. The ground was riddled with cracks, resembling a spiderweb.

At this moment, upon receiving news of the invasion of the base, time shuttles were activated, and the Spider-Men from other universes on rescue missions hurried back.

  "What, the battle's over?"

"Two heirs are dead. This is an unprecedented victory."

"One was killed by Captain Universe. That's understandable. Just looking at him makes the entire planet tremble. But what happened to the other one? His body was torn into pieces. Which guy is so brutal?"

Spider-Men, unaware of the truth, had just returned and looked at the scene in surprise and delight.

"This is obviously the work of the aliens. Only their highly corrosive blood can achieve such an effect. The stronger the alien, the more terrifying their body. Once injured, their blood becomes their most powerful weapon, even gods cannot withstand it."

The time shuttle lit up again, and Spider-Man in his Iron Man suit jumped in. "I'm from Universe 199999. I just received orders from Duval and rushed here, but it looks like the battle is over."

"Universe 199999? It seems so far away that ordinary methods will be difficult to locate you." Captain Universe Spider-Man folded his arms again, as if completing a trivial task. He glanced at the alien Spider-Man from the corner of his eye and spoke with authority.

But Spider-Man #199999 gave him a calm look, completely devoid of any emotion, a stark contrast to the other Spider-Men, as if he'd already seen too many powerful beings like Captain Universe Spider-Man.

"You mean the Alien? So this creature is called the Alien? Isn't it from Universe 1543681? Why do you, Spider-Man #199999, recognize it, and it looks so familiar to you? And who is Duval?"

Ultimate Spider-Man peppered him with questions.

Amidst the rubble of the crumbling buildings, a group of Spider-Men stood, squatted, or simply clung to the collapsed structures with their webs, watching closely.

They were all curious about the Alien Spider-Man's origins, as he was incredibly powerful and his blood was so strange that even his heirs would be instantly corrupted upon contact.

"What? You don't recognize the Alien? Oh, maybe it's true, as they say, that Duval has integrated all concepts and meanings related to the Alien, including the memories and knowledge in your heads..."

  Spider-Man #199999 was stunned.

"Simply put, this big guy next to me is different from all of us Spider-Men. He comes from the alien race and is a subordinate of the alien god named Duva. In the alien race, Duva is not only a god, but also commands countless aliens at the level of cosmic gods and god-fathers. I guess the alien that was teleported here is not very powerful, because my spider-sense has no reaction."

The amount of information is really too much. He has risen to the level of a god? And he is a god who commands a group of gods, an even more terrifying god?

Ultimate Spider-Man realized that dealing with an annoying guy like Peter Parker was sometimes not a bad thing, because the chatterbox always liked to find opportunities to nag, which could provide him with a lot of valuable information.

"So, you are working for Duva now?" Ultimate Spider-Man asked rapidly.

Spider-Man #199999 shrugged, looking at the swarm of Spider-Men. Even though he knew the situation beforehand, he still felt uncomfortable facing so many of them at once.

"That's right. Hell, you know? Just a while ago, we followed Duval to attack a hell and killed Mephisto, the ruler there. That battle shattered the huge hell into pieces. You know what the coolest part was? Duval didn't even use his real body, he just controlled an avatar to kill Mephisto and expelled a bunch of big demons that rushed over. That scene was terrifying."

Attacking hell? Killing Mephisto? And shattering a hell? Ultimate Spider-Man felt like Peter Parker's brain was about to burn out.

Chapter 181: The Heirs Also Face Pressure from the Mages

"Hell, you mean Hell? Is that an adjective or a geographical term?"

"Fool, didn't you understand? That Duva actually killed Mephisto! I think most of us have heard of this demon from Hell."

"More than just hearing of it. In my universe, Mephisto has committed countless sins. We've always wanted to eliminate this demon, but we can't." "

So, a being named Duva has many powerful gods under his command? And he even attacked Hell and killed Mephisto? How cool!"

"I've fought Mephisto, and the most I could do was expel him, not truly kill him."

The last words were spoken by Spider-Man, Captain Universe. Bathed in divine light, he repeatedly examined Spider-Man, trying to discern some clue from him.

But for the time being, he found nothing special, other than further confirmation that this monster was born for battle; not a single unnecessary line on his body.

The Spider-Men present, previously basking in the joy of having slain two Inheritors, were suddenly struck by such extraordinary news. Both the benevolent and the wicked fell silent, momentarily unsure what to say.

Perhaps Ultimate Spider-Man's concerns were correct. Compared to a divine corporation, the Inheritors seemed insignificant.

While they were still grappling with the Inheritors' vampires and losing teammates one after another, some Spider-Men saw it as

nothing more than a game. That was exactly what happened.

Although Spider-Man #199999 was very young, barely a teenager, his words conveyed a natural calm, even indifference.

He had seen enough of the world to be able to remain unperturbed by this otherwise terrifying disaster.

"Let me translate this for you. What this guy's saying is, we're still fretting over this little thing about the Inheritors. How low is that?"

Norman Spider-Man said sarcastically. "I have an idea that could allow us to defeat the Inheritors unscathed. How about we sign a joint letter swearing allegiance to Duval? I think we'd get good treatment from Duval. Since we can't defeat him anyway, why not join him? Captain Universe could become one of Duval's gods."

"Norman, I've been tolerant of you. If you continue to make such thoughtless conclusions, I'll make you pay."

Several Spider-Men immediately tackled Norman Spider-Man to the ground.

Everyone knew Norman Spider-Man was a malicious individual. He hadn't joined the Alliance voluntarily, but was forcibly abducted to Universe 13 by a group of Spider-Men to make up the numbers.

"Why does everyone hate him so much? He's actually right. If you're truly despairing of the war's progress, joining Duval is a good idea. Joining the Aliens, becoming one, is something many in our universes dream of... Let me emphasize, I don't want to become an Alien. It's simply too terrifying for me,"

Spider-Man 199999 said, believing he was speaking the truth and not exaggerating.

"How interesting! It seems Duval has already ruled at least Universes 1543681 and 199999. Perhaps we don't know about him, but he actually rules over even more universes. It seems Duval is a deity inclined towards the Devil, passionate about expanding his territory... But what happened to the native gods of these universes? Were they all recruited by Duval? Or..."

Ultimate Spider-Man's mind raced frantically, observing the Alien repeatedly. A vague sense of trouble loomed. He felt he should flee immediately, out of Duval's sight. But then he realized it was too late.

Since Duva is the god of all aliens, the worst possible outcome is that Duva, through this alien Spider-Man, has a clear vision of them all.

"If I'm not mistaken, was it that powerful god named Duva who sent you here? Just after killing Mephisto and conquering Hell?" The Prime Universe Spider-Man finally spoke. He had experienced many great events and witnessed that god firsthand—now he knew that the terrifying alien that had appeared so briefly was most likely a shell, not Duva's true form.

Even a shell alone was so terrifying, it was impossible to assess Duva's true strength. What kind of terrifying power would he unleash if he truly unleashed his full power?

Spider-Man #199999 leaped over to the body of Damons, observing carefully. "I only came here because of Duval's orders. I'm not at the level where he'd personally deliver me... I had to find two Doctor Stranges before I could successfully open the portal here."

After a moment's observation, a look of confusion crossed his face. "Did a guy like that cause so many casualties? Guys, this may make you sad, but anyone who could be taken down by this alien, among Duval's men, wouldn't be more than a Celestial Father at best."

  Celestial Father...

In most people's minds, a Sub-Celestial Father is already terrifyingly powerful, capable of destroying planets at full power. Celestial

Father, on the other hand, is truly a god.

Spider-Man #199999 realized that he was vastly different from most other Spider-Men in the multiverse. With Duval's support, he had already left his multiverse's other selves far behind from the start.

Except for a few Spider-Men who had experienced cosmic events, the others couldn't even imagine what he had gone through.

He tried prodding at Damons's corpse.

As the other Spider-Men were quietly discussing what to do with the Alien and him,

a space-time tunnel suddenly appeared, and another Damons returned. With one strike, he caught the unsuspecting Six-Armed Spider-Man off guard. With his mouth wide open, he absorbed the totemic power from the Six-Armed Spider-Man, even at a distance of a few centimeters.

  Yet another Spider-Man, swiftly dead.

  "Damons?!"

"How could this be? If this is Damons, then who was the one just killed by the Alien Spider-Man?!"

"Everyone, be careful! If Damons is still alive, then so is Bora! Imagine even worse outcomes. Perhaps the other successors possess the same means!"

The Spider-Men were in an uproar. Duval and the others were a bit far away from them for the time being, but the successors so close at hand were truly mortal.

"I'm from a parallel universe and I died. No wonder Duva sent me here. It means I'm valuable here. Even if Duva doesn't need me, he thinks I can be useful... For example, can I become a father or even a god?"

Spider-Man No. 199999 had a serious expression on his face, and he immediately besieged Damons with several other Spider-Men.     Every member of the Heir family possessed physical prowess, strength, speed, and vitality that surpassed that of an ordinary Spider-Man.

"Hehehe, how interesting! I actually encountered a Spider-Man without the power of a totem..."

Damons smirked at the alien. He was genuinely intrigued by this creature. Someone who wasn't part of the Weaver's destiny?

  How could this be possible?

All Spider-Men were born thanks to the Weaver's manipulation of the web of life and destiny. This was fate.

But why was this strange Spider-Man an exception?

The key was that he possessed such formidable power without the power of the Spider-Totem, which meant this strange Spider-Man possessed another source of power.

Most likely, it came from a god-like being, perhaps even more powerful than the Spider-Totem itself.

With this in mind, Damons engaged in a second battle with a group of Spider-Men and was quickly injured. He was completely unable to withstand the onslaught of so many Spider-Men alone, and absorbing the Six-Armed Spider-Man wouldn't increase his strength.

Especially since Captain Universe Spider-Man was still enraged by the Six-Armed Spider-Man's death. If he relaxed even for a moment, a single blow from Captain Universe would leave him crippled, if not killed.

But Damons wasn't panicking at all. More family members arrived.

When his eldest son, Morlun, also arrived at Universe 13, he gazed upon the sprawling ruins and felt the blasts of energy.

"No wonder, these insects united to ambush you. That's why you were killed and forced to activate your clones... But I'm curious, why didn't Father come? He left before me."

Morlun's face was expressionless. Fresh from the time tunnel, the terrifying pressure from his presence caused the air to tremble. Countless densely packed rubble on the ground trembled slightly, then slowly drifted.

At this moment, the most basic laws of physics seemed to momentarily fail.

Captain Universe immediately rushed towards Morlun, believing him to be the leader of the Heirs.

The two figures engaged in an instant, hundreds of clashing punches cast countless shadows. The power of the totem clashed fiercely with the power of the universe, leaving a visible aftermath that annihilated all matter in its path.

At this point, aside from Damons, the other heirs had absolutely no interest in Alien Spider-Man. With so much delicious food already here, they naturally prioritized eating and rapidly increasing their strength.

If they skipped a few bites, allowing the rest of the clan to eat more and increase their strength, wouldn't that be a huge loss?

Only Damons remained determined to defeat Alien Spider-Man. His instincts told him that this creature was an alien outside the totem. If he let it go, it could lead to the emergence of a stronger foe than the Spider-Totem.

Spider-Man's absence from the Spider-Totem was already a major problem, but the others went a bit crazy at the sight of so many Spider-Men. Even Morlun, the eldest brother, was no exception, immediately going after the Prime Universe Spider-Man, who had defeated him so many times.

Great, everyone has their own desired goals, a bright future... but that's just not right!

Damons roared, trying to rally the rest of the clan to join forces, but no one paid him any attention, instead silently mocking him.

Morlun, the eldest brother in particular, faced both Captain Universe Spider-Man and Prime Universe Spider-Man simultaneously. His calm, smiling face betrayed his contempt for Damons.

"You've only been killed once, why are you so cowardly? Bora wouldn't be like you." Morlun exchanged punches with Captain Universe Spider-Man, then, after regaining his composure, said coldly, "Besides, Father's on his way. I don't know why he hasn't arrived yet, but when he does, this universe will be the perfect place for a banquet. All the Spider-Men won't be able to escape."

Damons cursed inwardly. Sometimes he truly felt that Morlun, that bastard, didn't deserve his father's love. At this critical juncture, since they weren't afraid of death, shouldn't they first fight tooth and nail to eliminate the uncertainty before calmly enjoying their meal?

"Hey, what's going on with you? Are you a parallel universe equivalent? A doppelganger? A clone? But I admire your courage. You're the second vampire I've seen who dares to suck the blood of an alien."

Spider-Man #199999 quickly shot out a web of silk and, with a sudden burst of force, raised his legs and kicked Damons in the back.

"The second one?" Damons blocked the attacks of two more Spider-Men and was about to grab one to absorb the totem's power when he was hit by a heavy cannon in the knee.

"I'm curious too, who was the first vampire to do this?" A cannon barrel emanated from the mechanical Spider-Man's body, emitting smoke.

Davis was immediately attacked by the alien again, and the series of attacks left him completely overwhelmed.

But what these heirs didn't know was that their father, the leader of the Heir family, was also in trouble.

  "

Why are you stopping me? I don't remember any grudge against you."

Soros, the leader of the Heir family, wasn't in a hurry to reach Universe 13. Even if all his descendants died, it wouldn't matter. It would just be a matter of replacing a body. He could be revived to full health in a moment from a pre-prepared clone.

The one who stopped him now was the real trouble.

"There's no particular reason. It's mainly because the scene brought back memories."

"The scene brought back memories? That makes me even more curious. A powerful wizard like you who travels through the multiverse, do you have any intersection with our family of heirs?"

"No, but I do have some intersection with vampires. Seeing you travel through time so frequently and constantly hunting for totem power, I can't help but fall into memories..."

The wizard said in a gentle tone: "I know a guy who has a mysterious preference for vampires. If he knew there was a vampire family like you who likes to travel through the universe, he would definitely be ecstatic."

Soros looked impatient: "Since we are not enemies, then get out of the way. I don't have time to listen to you reminiscing about the past, and I'm not interested in that guy you mentioned who is from an unknown universe."

"But I'm interested in you. I've run into some minor problems, and perhaps I could find a way out through you..."

The white-robed mage, a spirit form, born from the Ancient One of Universe 1543681, slowly raised a finger. A terrifying magic, several times more powerful than before, coalesced at her fingertips, taking shape.

Chapter 182: What a coincidence! You're also in Universe 13!

Once upon a time, Thoros would never have imagined that he would one day face the Ancient One.

In fact, he had only just learned minutes ago that the female sorceress blocking his path was also the Ancient One.

Thoros knew of the Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One, of course, but in most universes, he'd only known male Ancient Ones. This was his first encounter with a female Ancient One, though it wasn't unusual. The multiverse was so vast, all sorts of strange things could happen.

But being blocked by this guy was truly... unlucky. He'd just devoured Spider-Man from an unknown universe and was on his way to Universe 13.

Thoros's face darkened, he truly had no idea what was mad at the spirit form of the great sorceress before him.

"It seems you've made up your mind to become my enemy. This is a suicidal choice."

Thoros's hair flew high, and his mouth bared a mouthful of sharp teeth, revealing a fierce and vicious expression.

The Ancient One had already amassed a vast trove of magic. Even without a physical body, his shimmering soul still exuded an overwhelming sense of oppression: "Actually, I'm already dead."

"Then I'll kill you once more, and take your soul with me!"

Thoros was utterly fearless. Even knowing that the Ancient One, hailing from an unknown universe, possessed formidable magical prowess, he showed no fear, only irritation at being blocked. He immediately unleashed the power of his totems and launched a battle against the Ancient One.

As the patriarch of the Heir family, Thoros had secretly hunted Spider-Man for centuries with his clan members, only recently, after amassing sufficient strength, to suddenly intensify his hunt, forcing the formation of the Spider-League.

Centuries of accumulation had already heightened his power to an astonishing degree. He had accumulated an immense amount of totemic power, particularly the power of the Spider-Totem.

Unleashing his full might, the power of various animal totems erupted from him, a terrifying amalgamation powerful enough to shatter countless stars.

Thoros, with a record of defeating cosmic gods, was only now becoming even stronger.

"Totemic power... I don't know much about this kind of power, nor have I deliberately sought to understand it. But a vampire like you, yet you've embarked on a quest to seize totemic power, is something I never imagined."

The Ancient One was clearly intrigued by Thoros; she had never encountered such a unique vampire. "Furthermore, you possess so many totems, making your totemic power quite complex..."

"A mage of unknown origin, like you, has at best studied magic. You have no idea how powerful totems are, let alone how powerful I am."

"That's not what I meant. I meant that your power is diverse, which is fine, because mine is ten times more complex."

The next second, the Ancient One's soul seemed to have exploded the lair of the magical gods. A chaotic cascade of magical particles erupted from her soul.

It was no exaggeration to say that if the Ancient One hadn't forcibly restrained them, the opposing magical particles from different systems would have spontaneously attacked each other the moment they appeared, ultimately annihilating them.

Thoros was stunned. Even without practicing magic, he knew that white and black magic were polar opposites. He saw intense fluctuations of both from the Ancient One.

Crucially, he activated both simultaneously, with no order of precedence. There was even more of a tangled web of various magical systems and types. "

  Are you a serious mage?"

But the Ancient One didn't care; as long as it worked, it was fine.

He pointed a finger forward, and a stream of magic, a mixture of different forces, suddenly erupted, rapidly expanding and converging into a terrifying dark vortex.

Thoros charged forward, the totemic power emanating from him also transforming into various animal phantoms. The largest phantom was a ferocious spider, which, as it lunged, resembled a vast web.

Thus erupted the battle between magic and totem. This collision, from the microscopic level, directly detonated the macroscopic world, instantly transcending the physical dimension, its destructive force reaching even more dimensional worlds.

This wasn't just a pure clash of two opposing forces. Neither the Ancient One's magic nor Thoros's totem was pure; rather, both were profoundly complex.

The difference was that the Ancient One was the more chaotic. With a gentle flick of her arm, her fingers flew, without pause or delay, she unleashed a dazzling array of intricate spells at an incredible pace, like a continuous, endless flood.

Thoros saw this strange Ancient One as a masterful pianist, spells from various magical entities like keys. The Ancient One orchestrated the complex and violent forces of magic, masterfully controlling them and unleashing the most devastating spells at the perfect moment, creating a masterpiece worthy of art.

  Elegant, damned elegant.

Thoros had a strange thought: This guy was far more elegant than his most promising son, Morlun.

The members of the Heir family were all dressed in suits and ties, their hair spotless, their shoes so polished they could reflect the image of the deceased Spider-Man.

But when this grace appeared from a great wizard who wielded magic like a cannon, it was anything but beautiful.

Especially since the magic the other party employed seemed both chaotic and orderly, and he never knew what spell the Ancient One would unleash from second to second.

As the battle intensified, Thoros felt immense pressure. He had never encountered a mage like this, so powerful yet so unpredictable.

Not only was his magic incomprehensible, but even his mind was baffling. He didn't even know why the Ancient One had come after him to kill him.

  BANG BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!!

Terrifying explosions enveloped every area within reach. Even the smallest energy was a devastating blow, powerful enough to shatter a planet and destroy an entire civilization.

Under this terrifying intensity, Thoros's face hardened. He harnessed the power of various totems to the utmost, but still felt a strain against such a formidable Ancient One. A single careless move could easily lead to harm from his extremely subtle and insidious spells.

"What kind of universe, Kamar-Taj, could have a Sorcerer Supreme like you?! Look at those spells you wield, each one more evil than the last!"

Thoros briefly broke free from the encirclement of magic, growing increasingly agitated as he fought. He swung his hands, shattering one spell after another.

"Evil? Compared to you, magic is just pure force, even dark magic and demonic magic."

Of course, the Ancient One couldn't have escaped unscathed. In fact, using magic was a form of self-harm.     Faced with the powerful totem power, she directly activated the "Journey to Archon" and created hundreds of herself in one breath. She also used mirror magic to superimpose countless spaces to hide the location of her true body.

The Ancient One's voice was erratic, as if it came from the mirror space in front of each Ancient One: "During my wanderings in the multiverse, I met some very powerful beings and learned a lot of interesting knowledge. Some of them mentioned the origin of vampires. You are just a race that originated from black magic." "

So what? This kind of information is not a secret at all, but don't confuse me with ordinary vampires. Don't try to contaminate me with the black magic of creation or the Book of Darkness. It's useless. I am already a totem god, not a vampire god!" Thoros said coldly.

"It would be more appropriate to call you a vassal of the totem."

"You are not a vassal of magic yet, so what qualifications do you have to say that to me?"

"There is a difference. There are only a few kinds of totem power, but magic is different. I use... a lot of magic."

While Ancient One was making a fatal move, she was looking for an opportunity to catch the vampire in front of her so as to achieve one of her goals. At the same time, she said gently, which made Soros even more irritated: "Magical entities of different factions will have disputes over me, but you can't. I saw those totems and they were eager to unite to kill you." "

It's ridiculous. Is this something to be proud of? You magicians are essentially living on debt. Every power you use must be repaid in the end!"

But the totem power that he led his family to snatch was different. As long as you got it, it would be yours.

"If we continue fighting like this, we'll both suffer. The best outcome for you will be tortured to death by the many magical gods whose power you've borrowed! Your end will be utterly miserable!" Thoros raged. "I don't have much time or energy to waste on you. I don't even know what good you'll gain from successfully killing me."

"Discovering a vampire like you will benefit me... It's been some time since I left my original universe. Returning to that creature for help this time won't be easy. He won't even lift a hair without paying the price."

The Ancient One didn't yet fully grasp the current state of her original universe, but she suspected it had become a vast, raging battlefield, with war raging on every planet.

Creatures of different races and civilizations battled the aliens. The wreckage of warships filled the universe, and every planet was littered with broken limbs and debris.

At least that was what the Ancient One envisioned.

She was facing some difficulties and needed help from Duval. If she resorted to her usual tactics of deceiving the gods of magic, borrowing money and then refusing to pay, it wouldn't work; Duval wouldn't be fooled.

If it did work, that would be a problem, as it meant Duval had already extracted even greater value from her through unknown means.

Thoros finally decided not to continue wasting time. He was already wounded by the continuous barrage of magic. Delaying further would mean losing this body, but expending too much power would be troublesome.

This meant missing out on Universe 13's unprecedented hunting feast. Perhaps his offspring, if they devoured enough Spider-Man, would quickly close the gap in power between them and him.

  Boom!

Various totemic forces exploded, shattering a vast expanse of space. Once the universe had repaired itself, Thoros's body vanished into nothingness.

"Did he simply abandon his body? It seems this strange vampire is somewhat similar to me, viewing the body as a lesser vessel, the soul as the ultimate... No, he's more like Dewar, both capable of transferring their souls and consciousness into different bodies, still able to exert most of their power."

  However, escape was impossible.

The Ancient One was not only skilled in space-time magic, but also in soul magic. Otherwise, how could she abandon her body and wander the multiverse as a spirit? Without even that skill, traversing the ordinary universe would be a struggle.

"Let me see, the vampire's soul is making a long-distance jump. According to the multiverse coordinates Vishanti gave me, he should have gone to Universe 13."

The Ancient One didn't dwell on Universe 13. After all, no matter how bad it was, it was better than Universe 10011.

She had joined forces with Ancient Ones from other universes, but her experience in Universe 10011 was a nightmare.

They were besieged by a horde of distorted, undead Cthulhu-like monsters and even encountered clones of the multidimensional Beholder. In that battle, several Ancient Ones perished.

Universe 10011 also had an even more terrifying name: the Cancerous Universe.

  ...

"You arrived so quickly, but I can't abandon so many Spider-Men. This is a great opportunity to significantly increase my strength."

Soros changed his body and instantly arrived at Universe 13 through the Web of Life and Destiny. His expression was extremely gloomy, completely devoid of his former coldness and composure.

If he had to choose, dying a few times wouldn't matter; killing more Spider-Men and gaining more totemic power was more important.

For example, if he devoured all the dozens of Spider-Men here in one go, he could definitely defeat that abnormal Ancient One!

"Who is that guy? He doesn't possess any totemic power. It seems Dammons's judgment, made with his own life, was correct. There's something wrong with Spider-Man in Universe 1543681. This universe probably didn't even have a universe number before. I went in and devoured the Spider-Man there."

Soros quickly scanned the bloody battlefield, seeing the bodies of several Spider-Men and, of course, several family members.

This meant that some of them had been killed more than once.

He then focused on the Alien Spider-Man, sensing a subtle threat from him.

The moment Soros made his move, the Ancient One arrived, opening a super-long-distance portal. Upon entering Universe 13, he was stunned.

"Duvar is here! It turns out he's been targeting these vampires for a while, even before I did. He's truly persistent! It looks like the vampires of the entire multiverse are in trouble."

The Ancient One gazed at the Alien in astonishment.

As long as the Alien existed, Duvar was present, and the Ancient One was well aware of this.

Chapter 183: Duvall's Concern about the Spider-Alliance's True Purpose.

  "New guys..."

"Are these two Inheritors? The advantage we've painstakingly built at the cost of several teammates' lives looks set to crumble..."

"Don't be so pessimistic. That translucent bald guy in white clothes seems to know the Alien. Maybe he's not an Inheritor, but from the universe ruled by Duvall?"

Every time a new tunnel opened, the Spider-Men present tensed. Unlike the Inheritors, they couldn't be resurrected endlessly; death was truly death.

Most of the time, however, it was Spider-Men from various parallel universes who rushed back to join the fight.

"Of these two guys, one is an Inheritor. I can sense the vampire stench on him, but the other isn't, and doesn't seem to be Spider-Man either..."

Captain Universe knocked Bricks down with a punch, yet he was also troubled by these unkillable Inheritors. Crucially, these Inheritors were often adept at dealing with Spider-Man. Simply by getting close enough, they could forcibly drain his totemic power.

Even Spider-Man, Captain Universe, hesitated to engage the Inheritors for a prolonged battle. A single careless move could lead to their totemic power being drained away.

"Ancient One? Are you the Ancient One? I've heard Strange mention you—the Strange of Universe 199999, of course!"

Spider-Man 199999 excitedly backflipped onto the collapsed wall, shouting excitedly.

"Really? It seems the Ancient One of Universe 199999 is another me."

The Ancient One floated in mid-air, radiating a soft glow, a volcanic surge of magical power brewing. She glanced at the throng of spiders dancing about. Finally, this very young Spider-Man said, "But I'm not the one you've heard of..."

Traveling across different universes, she encountered many different Ancient Ones, some with Eternity, some with Vishanti, each with varying strengths.

But the Ancient One wasn't focused on that right now. She finally turned her attention to the Alien.

This alien's form, its physical details unlike any she'd ever seen, was mingling with such a large group of Spider-Men, so it must be a carrier of Spider-Man's genes.

"You always do things like this, now you've even taken parasitism to a parallel universe."

The Ancient One casually traversed the complex battlefield, like a ghost that didn't exist in reality, leaving the Heirs perplexed and bewildered, finally turning to Thoros in confusion.

"Father, who is this bald woman?"

"If I'm not mistaken, she's following you... a mage?" Morlun said in a low voice.

None of the Heirs were fools. The cold-blooded Thoros didn't immediately kill the Ancient One, but instead, after a quick glance, turned to attack the Spider-Men, absorbing the totem's power. This spoke volumes.

This Ancient One possessed a power so immense that even Thoros feared it.

"She also knows the Alien... maybe she's worked with that unknown Dewar..."

Dammons was so angry he felt like he was about to break his teeth. He'd already been killed twice by the Alien and several Spider-Men trying to take down the Alien. He'd even thrown away the power of his totem, just to eliminate this unforeseen risk.

But now, it seemed, it was too late.

Dammons hesitated, wondering if he'd really made a mistake. Should he, like his other brothers and sisters, seize every opportunity to devour as many Spider-Men as possible?

  "Fate is a funny thing."

Dammons hesitated when he suddenly heard the Alien speak, speaking in spirit form. Caught off guard, he was stunned.

All the Spider-Men, including those who had fought alongside the Alien Spider-Man, were stunned.

So this strange teammate could actually speak?

"But unfortunately, I'm not a god of fate. I know nothing about such things, and I don't believe in meaningless prophecies. With sufficient strength, I can destroy all established prophecies."

The Alien Spider-Man suddenly stood straight. An unspeakable, utter terror gradually emerged, as if a terrifying alien monster were descending upon this place.

The Ancient One, standing not far away, first cast a spell on Soros before gently saying, "Your trance has become even more powerful. You can now use it freely than ever before... It seems I've missed something extremely important these past few years."

"Not really, because you'll see something even more astonishing soon."

The Alien's body crackled, as if bones, tougher than adamantium, were being forcibly altered by some indescribable higher-dimensional force.

A powerful god from Universe 1543681 was crossing over, and this vessel was spontaneously modifying itself to a more comfortable form—from its genes to its physical structure, all undergoing spontaneous changes with the advent of a higher concept.

This was perfectly normal, for Duval was the pinnacle and ultimate of the Alien concept. Wherever he went, those subordinate concepts, acting as vassals, were naturally assimilated, without Duval having to deliberately or subjectively do anything.

This was the terrifying aspect of the conceptual system: once within its scope, it could no longer self-correct.

"It seems the rumors are true. I heard from other Ancient Ones that in an unknown universe, a ruthless character emerged, leading a strange army to attack Hell. Ultimately, they succeeded and hunted down Mephisto, the Lord of Hell." The Ancient One observed Duval thoughtfully. Even if it was just a transitional body, it was enough to leave this knowledgeable archmage baffled.

"It seems the Ancient Ones from other universes are well-informed."

"Much better informed than I am. Many of them originate from numbered universes and haven't yet resigned as Sorcerer Supreme, still protecting their respective worlds. This inevitably brings them into contact with the demons of Hell."

The Ancient One said, "Thanks to you, the demons of Hell have been much more docile lately. I guess they're afraid they might provoke another with terrifying potential and follow in Mephisto's footsteps. This has relieved pressure on many universes."

"I see I've become famous. Can you introduce me to your new friends? Don't worry, I won't easily turn them all into aliens."

The alien Spider-Man, no, he should be called Duvall now, has descended into this universe. Its depths are more despairing than a black hole, seemingly absorbing all living things.

This being is countless times more dangerous than the Inheritors.

Captain Universe Spider-Man's hair stood on end. He is the most powerful, and as the Captain of this universe, his senses are more acute than anyone else's.

All the Spider-Men present felt their Spider-Senses go off the deep end, blaring endless alarms like crazy.

"This is insane! This hasn't happened to us before when we encountered these vampires... It's like we've encountered our natural enemy! What's wrong with this guy? He suddenly started talking, and what he's saying is incomprehensible..."

"Obviously, that's no longer the Spider-Man we know. He's become some other kind of being."     "Is this even possible? Just transforming into another person—or god? Is this a swarm or a hive?"

All the Spider-Men stopped, their bodies frozen with instinctive fear.

The vampires of the Heir Clan were no different. Their instincts told them that if they acted rashly at this moment, attempting to make a spectacle of themselves, they would die miserably.

Thoros stared at Duval, his gaze fixed on the Spider-Man he had just strangled. A veteran of countless battles, having defeated cosmic gods before, he knew that the god who had just descended must be a monster a hundred times more terrifying than the Ancient One.

  And...

"Killed Mephisto?" Thoros pondered the name. He was certainly aware of this infamous demon; legends of Mephisto were told across countless universes. He

  had simply never encountered him.

Even such a terrifying demon had perished? And he was killed under attack, fighting on home turf, at the peak of his powers.

So how powerful could this Duval be?

"It seems the number 1543681 was earned for your universe after you killed Mephisto,"

Soros muttered, glancing at the Ancient One. "If I'm not mistaken, you're the Sorcerer Supreme from Universe 1543681? Then I must have had some indirect contact with you, when I entered your universe and devoured the Spider-Man there." It all made sense

  .

Across the multiverse, the birth and development of all Spider-Men are controlled by the Master Weaver who possesses the Spider-Totem, through the web of life and destiny of Universe 001. This means that every Spider-Man possesses a degree of totemic power—except for the exception of Spider-Man Alien, whose birth was suppressed by Dewar's concepts, rendering the totemic power inaccessible.

Universe 1543681 was previously a mediocre world without even a number, which meant that the Spider-Men within it possessed little totemic power.

After a quick bite and dispatching Spider-Man, Soros retreated, not giving the Ancient One a chance to pursue him—at that time, the Ancient One was far less powerful than he is now, still relatively "innocent."

Now, in a universe with a numbered system, Soros was forced to face the battles he had previously avoided.

This time, he faced a terrifying, unpredictable god.

  "I was right!"

Damons said, looking at his family members, who were facing a formidable threat. "You guys should have listened to me from the beginning and taken down this Spider-Man without totemic power! If you had killed him sooner, we wouldn't have had this trouble!"

"Killing him would have also been like provoking Duva," Bora retorted.

"How could a god possibly care about the lives of his subordinates? Didn't you hear? He's leading an army to attack Hell. How many aliens would die in a war of that scale?! I don't believe he can take care of every single one of them, or even resurrect them!" Damons raged. "If you had just listened to me and killed that alien first, Duval wouldn't have paid too much attention, and this wouldn't have happened!"

He was at least partially right.

Duval wasn't really concerned about Spider-Man's fate. He simply dispatched him to gather intelligence from the Spider-League. The moment Spider-Man consulted the vast amount of coordinates stored on the time-space shuttle, Duval's goal had been achieved.

After all, even if Spider-Man died, slain by the Inheritors, his soul would have evaded death and returned to Duval.

Duval could create a new body and resurrect him at a negligible cost.

No matter how furious Damons was, or how remorseful the other vampires were, there was no way to reverse the past, not even with the Time Stone or summoning Eternity.

"Your brains aren't great, but your sense of smell makes up for it," Duval praised Damons highly. "So, you're lucky enough to be killed by me once."

Damons sneered, "No matter what you are, it's not impossible..."

  Snap!

Duval struck Damons from a distance, and he exploded.

This vampire, who had so desperately resisted a whole bunch of Spider-Men, couldn't even get past Duval's hands.

"It seems this guy is the 'breakthrough' you mentioned." Soros looked at the Ancient One.

The Ancient One immediately attacked Soros, completely ignoring the sudden darkening of Soros's face.

Was his guess right or wrong? Most likely right, but Soros had no chance to argue. Facing the Ancient One, the moment Duval mobilized his terrifying conceptual power and struck him, Soros died once again.

All the Spider-Men were stunned. How could the Inheritors, such a despairing foe, not even last a single round against Duval?

Even the most uninformed Spider-Man could see that Duval was merely using the body of the Alien Spider-Man, and could never have unleashed his full power.

Even so, could he easily destroy the Inheritors?

"As I knew it, I knew it... I told you just now, if you're truly desperate, just turn to Duval. The threat of the Inheritors is nothing," Spider-Man #199999 boasted.

He wasn't an Alien himself, and didn't harbor an Alien larvae within him. But that didn't stop him from believing he was Duval's ally. After all, the entire 199999 Universe was essentially Duval's domain. As long as the Celestials didn't provoke Duval into a showdown, but remained silent and low-key, Thanos, with all twelve Infinity Stones in his grasp, would be nothing more than a cosmic guardian under Duval's command.

"These guys seem to have a sophisticated cloning technology that allows them to be resurrected endlessly," said the Ancient One.

"I know. Vampires aren't worth my time."

"I thought so too, which is why I'm surprised you'd send an alien to this universe to get involved in the Spider-Men's affairs... Is there something here that interests you?" The Ancient One asked curiously.

"Yes, I'm looking for a special universe,"

Duvall said. "But I haven't found it. The Spider-League hasn't been able to record the coordinates of that universe using the time-space shuttle. Perhaps because of its peculiarities, it's been hidden by some higher-level deity."

"Interesting. Which universe are you looking for? I've been following Vishanti for a while, so I might know."

  "Universe 9602,"

Duvall replied. "However, conventional means are impossible to find this universe. I'll activate the second phase of the plan to find someone who knows the coordinates of this universe. The key to achieving this goal is... the British Spider-Man!"

Chapter 184: Locking onto the target, the Ancient One seeks help

  from Universe 9602...

The Ancient One quickly searched her mind for information about this universe, and unsurprisingly, she discovered she knew nothing about it.

Even after conversing with numerous Ancient Ones, meeting Vishanti, and having access to a vast amount of knowledge, she still wasn't sure if a universe with this number existed.

"Are you so sure this universe exists? Perhaps the number you're talking about doesn't exist."

"It must exist. I won't do anything I'm not sure of," Duvall said. "It seems you don't have the coordinates of this universe either. I need to use Plan B. Hopefully, I'll get the information I need. I won't resort to Plan C unless absolutely necessary."

Duvall looked at a seemingly unremarkable Spider-Man among the other Spider-Men.

  British Spider-Man.

Hailing from Universe 833, his original name was Billy Brarick, a soldier of Universe 833's "Captain Britain Legion."

Furthermore, this seemingly unremarkable figure among the Spider-Men was also the user of Universe 833's "Omnipotent Cosmic Central Device."

With this device, he could monitor interdimensional incursions throughout the multiverse.

While Ultimate Spider-Man was circling around, British Spider-Man had quickly discovered the existence of the Inheritors and the tragic deaths of Spider-Men from various universes.

"What are those two talking about? Why are they suddenly looking at me?"

British Spider-Man was startled, a sense of foreboding rising. Being stared at by two powerful men from the crowd was not a good thing, no matter how you looked at it.

While he was shocked by the existence of a terrifying god like Duva, he was also delighted that Duva had acted without hesitation against the Inheritors. In this sense, the arrival of this mysterious god was a boon for all Spider-Men in the multiverse.

Furthermore, Duva had sent a strange, alien Spider-Man to join their ranks.

But British Spider-Man was concerned because he couldn't figure out Duva's motives, and even more confused as to why he was targeting such an ordinary person.

"British Spider-Man... an Englishman from some universe? He doesn't seem special. What's so special about him?" The Ancient One asked, intrigued.

"If he can't help me achieve my goal, it doesn't matter. His leader can."

This was the key to the second plan.

The Captain Britain Legion of Universe 833 was an interdimensional organization formed by all the Captain Britains in the entire multiverse, capable of monitoring the multiverse. Commanding this legion was the almighty cosmic observer, Queen Satonian.

If Duval didn't seize this opportunity to obtain the information he sought, and delayed until the Spider Alliance paid a heavy price and defeated the Heir Family, Universe 833 would disappear from the multiverse along with the endless extinction of dimensions.

But for now, Universe 833 still existed, and this was an opportunity Duval must seize.

"If we miss Universe 833, finding Universe 9602 will be a real hassle... Then we'll have to resort to Plan III. I'll have to find someone who can break the fourth wall and find a way to enter the Marvel editorial office to locate Universe 9602."

This plan's success rate was even more impressive. Duva would need to transcend the realm of the conventional multiverse and first enter the editorial office to trouble the editors. This was an extremely crazy and audacious plan, no matter how you looked at it.

Whether he could successfully infiltrate the editorial team and obtain the coordinates of Universe 9602 from them without attracting the attention of some dangerous individuals, thus exposing the existence of the editorial office and triggering a series of unpredictable events, was an unknown.

And if he did, it would inevitably leave traces. Even if Duva successfully obtained the coordinates of Universe 9602, the longer it took, the more likely some cunning individuals or even gods would perceive that the editorial office did not exist in the multiverse.

Duval struck suddenly, first annihilating all the Inheritors present in one fell swoop. A bloody rain of blood, composed of the Inheritors' flesh and blood, fell from the ruins.

Instantly, the surroundings cleared considerably—though this scene frightened many Spider-Men again.

  "Blarrick, I need your help."

Duval approached, not giving the British Spider-Man a chance to react, and pressed his sharp claws onto his shoulders.

Instinctively, fear washed over the British Spider-Man. He tried to muster all his strength to resist, but found himself frozen, completely powerless.

"I don't understand, sir. Do you need my assistance in defeating the Inheritors? But it doesn't look like I need to do anything."

The British Spider-Man glanced at the shattered battlefield.

The remains of the Inheritors and the bodies of Spider-Man were scattered everywhere.

The remaining Spider-Men had already huddled together in panic, trembling like a flock of frightened insects, desperately huddling with their kind and nervously observing the movements of their predator.

Only Spider-Man #199999 managed to maintain his composure, albeit forced, as he trembled all over, but at least he didn't flee in fear.

He feared the Alien the most, and now its master stood before him.

"Universe 9602, I need the coordinates of this universe," Duvall said.

"I'm sorry, I don't know where this universe you're talking about is, and I'm not even sure if this number exists."

"Then you should return to Captain Britain's headquarters and help me with this."

"What? How do you know about Captain Britain's?" British Spider-Man's face was filled with astonishment and panic. He had already understood the underlying meaning of the terrifying god before him.

This unknown being from Universe #1543681 wasn't targeting him, British Spider-Man, or even Captain Britain's Legion, but Her Majesty the Queen, who ruled over the Legion!

Universe 9602? What kind of world is this? What's so special about it that it could attract such a terrifying being to personally search for it, even targeting the Queen of Universe 833?

The British Spider-Man's expression beneath his mask was agonizing. His mind raced, frantically mobilizing every frozen cell in his body. He roared inwardly, trying to force himself to move, bit by bit. His

first instinct was to flee. He couldn't possibly obey Duval's demands, but he instantly realized he couldn't. The god would likely shatter spacetime to capture him. Fleeing back to Universe 833, recruiting a group of Captain Britains to lay siege to Duval?

The risk was enormous. Unless long-lost wizards like Merlin and Roma intervened, relying solely on the Captain Britains, the British Spider-Man wasn't sure he could win.

Mephisto and his Hell seem to have been killed by the Alien God. Can Universe 833 really be stronger than Hell?     The only option left was... suicide, the kind that ensured the death of his soul.

He couldn't possibly bring such a terrifying god to Universe 833.

"It's a shame I didn't have the chance to destroy the time shuttle. Otherwise, I could have destroyed more data, and bought a little more time..."

British Spider-Man thought with some regret.

But just as he was about to end his life, his body paused. A strange new entity appeared in his chest, breathing rhythmically, instantly and perfectly synchronizing with his heartbeat.

Similarly, every muscle and nerve in his body connected to the entity in his chest.

British Spider-Man collapsed, realizing he couldn't even kill himself. He had completely lost control of his body. The living being that appeared out of thin air in his chest took control of everything, including his mind.

Duva's power became even more terrifying. The God of Concepts, indiscriminately attacking everything within range, including the memories of the aliens.

British Spider-Man felt a terrifying gaze surveying him from above, emotionless and unwavering, like flipping through a worthless book. A rustling sound echoed through his mind, as the owner of those eyes pored over all his memories, from birth to present day, detail after detail.

He had never felt such despair before; it was a silence more terrifying than the abyss.

"What are they doing? Why are they so still?"

"It's like they're performing some extremely sacred ritual. I'm so frightened I dare not move."

"At least, the gods of this other world have helped us eliminate all the Heirs, haven't they? Next, we need to find the secret of the vampires' resurrection and prevent them from ever coming back again."

The members of the Heir family were now too frightened to come, believing that anyone who came would be seeking death.

Universe 13 had been saved. For a long time, even knowing the countless Spider-Men within, no Heir dared to come and die.

But British Spider-Man seemed trapped in a predicament he couldn't predict.

"Is this your power? It's indescribably suffocating, leaving me completely defenseless... I've never heard of a race like the Aliens, let alone a god capable of expanding its population in this way. It seems my observations of the multiverse are still too limited, and I'm truly ignorant."

British Spider-Man felt the changes in his body: enhanced physical strength, more astonishing senses, and an uncontrollable instinct of obedience when facing Duval.

It was over, completely over. Duval had completely ripped out his mind.

Now, Duval had the coordinates of Universe 833 and was ready to go at any moment.

"Aren't you planning to wipe out the Heirs? My impression of you is still stuck on your interest in vampires," Ancient One said, glancing at British Spider-Man. "

It doesn't matter anymore. Vampires are no longer my concern. They're just appendages of the Dark Arts system, after all."

Duval shook his head. If he were facing Sithon, he would undoubtedly be extremely interested and would devise the most elaborate defense and escape plans. Until he was confident of defeating Sithon in a one-on-one fight, this was the only way. It would be fine

if it were just vampires, even if they were special vampires who had mastered totemic power.

Transforming these guys into aliens? Well, that would mean Duval would have a few more decent-looking guys under his command, ready to be used as cannon fodder.

But it wasn't worth Duval's personal effort; a few of his subordinates could easily wipe out the Heir family.

"You've gone to so much trouble to capture the Heir. What do you want from me?"

Duval raised his hand and opened a spatial tunnel, but not for himself, but for the Ancient One.

The next moment, Duval abandoned this body, allowing the Alien Spider-Man to roam freely. The Spider-Alliance was no longer of interest to Duval.

The Ancient One followed closely behind, returning to Universe 1543681.

"I miss it so much! The air is filled with the scent of aliens. Only this universe gives me that feeling." As

soon as the Ancient One landed, he unleashed a variety of reconnaissance spells, quickly gaining information about the universe and marveling at the changes it had undergone.

"Then be prepared. The other universes will have the same atmosphere, and you'll be familiar with it," Duval said.

"Have you become a conceptual god? Amazing, like a creator god. No wonder you're so formidable. I have a very promising proposal. How about you..."

"Don't even think about it. You know I won't lend you my power, and you can't possibly become my alien hero. You'd better come up with something practical, or don't even mention it." Duval interrupted.

He could see that the Ancient One had become much stronger. The chaotic magic within him was even stronger than Black Strange in terms of level, and it was also countless times more chaotic.

"I'm in trouble. Before you launch your own action, I have no choice but to seek your help."

The Ancient One's expression grew solemn. "Many of my multiverse selves have been engaged in a war with those nameless creatures. This protracted war has reached a fever pitch. Perhaps, even as we speak, many parallel versions of me have already perished."

"Nameless... those creatures of the Old Ones? They're formidable, but even if you, the Sorcerers Supreme of each universe, can't be in dire straits. Something must have happened. I'm guessing the leader of those creatures has made new moves."

"Indeed, that most troublesome aberration has unleashed so many powerful clones at once, causing great damage to us," the Ancient One replied.

Of course, within the Marvel multiverse, there exists the conceptual cluster of Cthulhu. That group of nameless creatures has a supreme leader—the Beholder Shuma Gorath, whose conceptual prototype is the Eye of Destruction, Seraeg, from the Old Ones.

Although it is not the concept of Azathoth, in the Marvel multiverse, the Beholder is indeed the leader among the Cthulhu gods.
