Chapter 10 - 10. NATURE TRANSFORMATION AND NEW ABILITY

Before leaving the office, he approached Onoki and expressed his desire to learn about nature's transformation. He mentioned that he would begin his training with earth release. After obtaining the necessary files, he left the office with a determined stride.

As he made his way to the training grounds, he couldn't help but feel a sense of eagerness and excitement. He knew that becoming strong was essential in this world, especially with the presence of so many powerhouses. To achieve his goals, he needed a strong force that would work for him. Even in the stone village, he required the support of the masses to achieve his objectives.

Upon reaching the training grounds, he was greeted by the sight of orphanage children training. He knew that it wasn't enough to simply train himself, he needed to cultivate his forces. And what better way to do that than with the help of orphanages? No one would suspect that the children were training under his guidance and that he could overthrow those old, sly foxes.

The four orphanages housed over 1500 children, and the number of war orphans had recently increased to over 900. He asked Onoki for their personal information, curious about the children's backgrounds and motivations for joining the orphanages. He knew that Onoki could sense his intentions behind the inquiries, but the old man didn't seem to care. The look on his face seemed to suggest that he was pleased with the young man's plans.

He spent the next few days observing the children's training, taking notes on their strengths and weaknesses. He could see that there was potential in many of them, but they needed guidance and proper training to hone their skills. He decided to take a more hands-on approach, personally training the children who showed the most potential.

The children were initially hesitant and fearful of him, but he quickly won them over with his kindness and patience. He spent hours teaching them the basics of chakra control, and how to properly execute jutsus. He made sure to praise their progress and encourage them when they struggled.

As the days turned into weeks, he noticed a significant improvement in the children's abilities. They were becoming stronger and more confident, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in their accomplishments. He knew that he was building a force that would be loyal to him, and he felt more confident in his ability to achieve his goals.

In conclusion, the young man had found a way to cultivate his forces without raising suspicion. He had taken on the responsibility of training orphanage children, and in doing so, had built a strong and loyal force. His dedication and hard work had paid off, and he felt more confident than ever in his ability to achieve his goals.

As time passed, I became fully focused on training the orphanage children in Stone Village. I was so immersed in the task at hand that a full year had passed without me even realizing it. During this time, I couldn't help but feel incredibly lucky. It seemed as though the Stone Village was filled with luck or perhaps it was just that out of the 2400 children, 300 had the potential to become elite Jonin, while another 700 had the potential to become special Jonin. Even more impressive, around 1000 of them could become chunin by the end of their life.

However, I quickly realized that to cultivate such a force that equals a small village, we would need an astronomical amount of resources. We would need at least a billion Ryo for 2-3 years, but the village simply couldn't allocate such resources to these people. If it were a normal time and I wasn't there, then all of these children may have only become around 1000 shinobi, and many of them would have been killed in the third great ninja war like cannon fodder.

But I was there, and I was determined to make a difference. I knew that I could make sure that at least 1500-1800 of these children could become shinobi by giving them the guidance and training they needed to become powerful. I wasn't sure how many of them would be able to achieve the Jonin rank, but I was willing to take that chance.

To start, I selected the 300 most promising children and began training them personally. For the remaining children, I set a standard of passing the chakra control test, which would give them an opportunity to practice nature transformation. It was inspiring to see that there were many children with the same potential as me and some even had more potential than me in nature transformation. The only thing they lacked was the guidance and direction to harness their abilities.

Overall, I knew that this was a long-term project, and it would take many years of hard work and dedication to see the results. But I was determined to do whatever it takes to cultivate a force that could rival even the strongest shinobi villages. By doing so, we could ensure the safety and prosperity of Stone Village for generations to come.

During the period of intense training, the protagonist discovered a unique ability. He realized that he could distinguish between a truth and a lie, but it required an immense amount of mental power. He could use this power ten times a day, but it left him exhausted and unable to function for a day. To regulate this power, he limited its use to seven or eight times a day and took half a day's rest to recover. During this time, he used his knowledge and experience to guide the children in their training.

However, not everything was going according to plan. The protagonist discovered that around 300 of the children were spies sent from other villages to gather information about their training methods and the village itself. These children were hiding their true strength and pretending to be average to avoid suspicion. Fortunately, the protagonist had implemented a rule that only those who passed the test would be able to access information about the training methods. He used this rule as a way to motivate the children to work harder and ensure that the information was not leaked to outsiders.

After discovering the spies, the protagonist made sure that the children who were training in the nature transformation swore their loyalty to him. This was important because it prevented the spies from gaining any valuable information, and it ensured that the children would not be tempted to betray the village. The nature transformation was an advanced technique that only the Jonin of the village were able to access. Thus, the protagonist had to be cautious about who he trusted with this knowledge.

Overall, the protagonist's journey was challenging, but he was making progress. He had managed to cultivate a force of over 1500 children with the potential to become Shinobi. His goal was to make sure that each child had the opportunity to become powerful and achieve their full potential. With his guidance, he was hopeful that many of these children would go on to become Jonin and Special Jonin.
