Third person POV
Meanwhile, Basuki landed his scavenged helicopter on a post of the Red Scarlet Army somewhere outside of Nagoya City. As the children got off and ran to the safety of the RSA soldiers, Mikaela got off, with the blue Mountain Aura of Saya still on. Yeager, Clare, and the other soldiers were astonished, while Yeager remained intrigued, focused, and fascinated without any questionable intention.
"Interesting..." Yeager muttered.
"Woah! Why was the vampire with blonde hair surrounded in blue?" one soldier called.
"It was from a spirit guardian named Saya, the spirit guardian of Ikari Atsushi," Mikaela replied calmly and slowly. "When I tackled him to the ground for blood, he was willing to give some to me, and he even shed some last time when I got thirsty again."
Silence filled the scene, save for Basuki's helicopter continuing its engine running.
"That sounds insane!" one RSA soldier remarked.
"To disable a vampire's thirst for blood with the blood of a spirit is unheard of..." Clare muttered.
But Yeager said to them calmly while closing his eyes for a few moments. "That sounds like a new development. If Guren-san and the IDA heard this, they'll be losing their minds now..."
He was basically the opposite of Guren Ichinose, and he said to Mikaela, "Thanks for the info on this new discovery. Plus, as long as you're a good vampire to Atsushi-kun and others on my side, you're welcome here."
Mikaela felt the RSA were better people than the IDA, but he still thinks of Yuichiro back in the IDA.
Nevertheless, he said to Yeager with a low and quick bow, "Very well, I'll be going to the City Hall to meet up with Atsushi-kun and Myeong-chan and others there."
With Yeager's permission, Mikaela hopped on the helicopter. "Basuki-san, the city hall, now," he said to Basuki, who did so. The helicopter took off into the sky and towards the city hall, where the Narumi, Shinoa, and Tanjung squads (except that Basuki was absent from his Tanjung squad) are now on their way to assist in the rescue mission of the remaining 36 IDA soldiers under Crowley's captivity.
And then, in an empty, dishevelled room, Yuichiro went nuts when he consumed two Demon pills instead of the safe one because he was determined to rescue Guren from Crowley's hand.
Seeing that coming from the original timeline in his previous life, Atsushi was alerted. "What the...?!"
"No, idiot!" Shinya tried to stop this, but it was too late.
Yuichiro's transformation happened, and he was in agony.
Horrified, Myeong took a few steps away, pulled out her rosary, and clutched it while reciting a few prayers (she was an outlier in her Catholic faith because she rejected praying to Mary and the saints, as well as the idea that saintly relics had powers).
Atsushi was watching the scene in horror. "Please, Yuichiro, I'm so, so worried for you..."
Saya and Balam are constantly worried about Yuichiro.
