"I will, it's nothing difficult since accident can happen after all. Though it's a different story if you did it intentionally," Rias said. "Of course that comes at a certain condition, not anything like selling your soul to me, mind you. I might be a devil, but we don't do that sort of trade anymore."
"That means they may have done it in the distant past," Kousuke muttered with a whistle, then he looks away when the crimson haired girl glares at him.
"In short, I wanted to offer you a place in my peerage." After letting out a sigh, Rias finally revealed the true reason Ruri was called upon. It was like throwing a carrot to the rabbit after purposely scaring them off. It might comes off as a shrewd tactic, like a conman creating a problem out of thin air to sell their merchandises to the ignorant elderly. Except she wasn't lying at all, everything she said so far are undeniably the truth.
"Peerage?" Ruri asked, she understand the meaning of the word, yet feels as if it doesn't fit the context of the conversation at all.

The latter is basically this magical chess piece that can turn anyone into a devil, pretty nifty, as expected of Ajuka, the nerd Satan. Anyway, Reincarnated Devil is basically a half-devil, so at that point you're no longer human but at the same time, you might have a durable body, which will be a great boon to you especially." Kousuke explained calmly.

After all, he did helped his friend out because he finds the latter rather pitiful. Between the previous Issei and Vali, one can easily tell who would dominate the battle. "That's low bar to begin with," Kousuke muttered after separating from his girlfriend's kissable lips with a smirk. There was a clear lipstick smudge on his lips, but he didn't rub it clean as if wanting to show it off to everyone there, especially Issei. "If you think about it from another perspective, those devils might actually be the real being made of sins, its build into their souls to literally commit sin. In that case, Rias and her entire family could be seen as weirdo or a family of freaks."
"...That's true," Ruri muttered unconsciously. As an ex human the past few days, her general knowledge of devils comes from the bible and entertainment, more specifically manga and anime, sometimes even video games. Thus. she thought his words makes a lot of sense, that's why she finds it hard to believe that becoming a devil would be anything but good. Of course if her senior is also willing to tweak her Evil Piece as well, then she might consider. However, Ruri very much knew how unlikely that sounds. They're barely acquaintance to begin with.
"Hey! Are you going to assist me in recruiting her, or stopping me from doing it?! Your words and action don't match at all!"
"I am neither, I wanted to be as neutral as possible so that she can think for herself whichever suits her best. I do think becoming a reincarnated devil is one of the good options, after all she really do needs a tough body if she didn't want things to go wrong if there are more of her dragon power still laying dormant and waiting to be awaken. The thing like that fire breathing accident might happen again, and it could result in something much worse if she is still human by then."

But if there are more powers dwelling in her, things might really be bad for her if it manifest in a rather unlucky circumstance. Like awakening the ability to discharge electricity while inside a pool with her classmates for swimming class, that could potentially be life threatening situation, not just to her but also her friends.
