Rias widened her eyes like saucers upon hearing Kousuke's words. Then as if possessed, the crimson haired girl suddenly stood up from her seat and slowly walks toward Ruri with her bangs covering the upper half of her face. They all watched quietly as her hands reached out and grabbed the poor girl's by the collar, picking her up before leaning her face uncomfortably close. At such close approximate, the latter can clearly see the President's eyes turning bloodshot as if trying to peer into her secret.
"You should really join my peerage, I swear I will treat you better than even the medieval king treating his people." She said calmly. But her protruding eyes and the hands gripping on the collar were the furthest away from calm. It should be noted however that if even Rias would reacted like this, what of others if they were to get hold of this information about Ruri? If her daddy dragon is still alive somewhere, then he better prepare to unleash hell, that is if said daddy truly cares about his half daughter.
After all, the pureblooded devils doesn't really treated the reincarnated devil well. To them who cares about hierarchy more than their own ego and pride, the half devils were akin to beasts trying to imitate their way of life. "I have known and lived throughout my life as a human, so it's still rather difficult for me take in that I'm now a half dragon, so I'm not really inclined in making myself even less human than I already am."

Rias begins shaking Ruri by her collars, she couldn't understand what's making the latter refuse such a good offer. Furthermore, her ordinary life were clearly on the line. If Ruri didn't have a more durable body by the time her next power awaken, the outburst could cause a big accident. That much is certain, human weren't made to be a powerful vessel to begin with. Issei was a prime example of it, he didn't know he had something special to himself until that fateful day. He wouldn't have awaken the Booster Gear if he wasn't killed by Fallen, then reincarnated by Rias.
Longinus and Dragons have one similarity, they are meant to stand at the top. If the vessel is weak, it's many times more difficult for these powers to even awaken, much less controlling them from breaking apart the vessel itself.
"Hear that, baby? Your bestie just said she wouldn't hesitate throwing you away just to get another powerful dragonoid to her peerage," Kousuke whispers to his girlfriend, amused reflect in his eyes. Akeno didn't looks upset nor offend by Rias's words, instead she finds the scene rather entertaining. So she simply giggles at his words, playfully smacked him on the chest. However, her eyes turned mischievous all of sudden as if her sadistic side slipped out of the crack, guides by his voice.
"Mm, you're right. I can't believe someone who I fully trust would betray me like this. Would you still love if I was a bad and lonely Fallen?" Akeno asked with a playful tone masked under the fake sadness. Her head rests on his chest for a moment, his heartbeat drumming steadily in her ears, before slowly looking up to him with tearful eyes. A playful energy could be felt from his gaze briefly before his expression returns to normal.
"Of course, unlike a certain someone, I am very much loyal to my love." Kousuke answered seriously, this time it was his turn raising her chin up while staring deeply into her eyes, then he continues. "Even if you were a worm, I would still love you and feed you like the queen you are in my heart."
"Kou..."
Instead of continuing on their teasing, Akeno seems rather touched by his words from the way her pupils quickly turning into heart shape, her face inches ever closer to his lips. Without any hesitation, Kousuke cut the chase and went straight for her puckering lips. His tongue easily pulled them apart without any resistance as she melted in his heated kiss. All the playful thoughts they had in their heads vanished at the moment. Rias was about to say something about their false accusation of her, but held her words back at their bold making out session.
