"What do you know?"
Beau Reed halted, "What?"
"Has Quinn Martinez not told you anything?"
Beau Reed looked at her for a long time, revealing a slight smile, "Which things that she told me do you want to know?"
Mary Douglas's face showed a hint of anger.
"What do you think are the things she said that concern you? Those are the ones I want to know!"
Beau Reed's expression was indifferent, "I don't care about the things Quinn Martinez says you care about."
Mary Douglas was at a loss for words.
"Not saying just means you definitely don't want me to know. You don't want me to know, so I must remain in the dark."
Mary Douglas pursed her lips, pondering briefly.
"The things I most want, you cannot give me. I care about those matters, but if they aren't fulfilled, it doesn't matter much to me."
Beau Reed shook his head without saying a word.
He had said that line too many times.
There's no way, except for what she wants most.
