"She doesn't belong to you," Bernard said firmly, his voice sharp as steel.
Horace's lips curved into a calm, casual smile.
"Ah, so the famous Bernard finally confronts me in person. I've heard so much about you," he said lightly, a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes. "And now, lucky me, I get to meet the man who thinks he can claim what's mine."
"You know I'm fearless," Bernard replied boldly, standing tall. "Everyone might fear you, Horace, but I am no one's fool. And I won't let you hurt her."

"How did Horace even get in there? I didn't see him pass," Sam asked, surprised.
"He's been here all along," Xavier replied shortly, eyes fixed on the tense scene unfolding.
