Cover story 58: That is my fear
Bob sent out a private murderer to deal with Ash. However Ash has connections, he has people, he knows people hate him. He showers in peoples hatred day in day out, because that is the prime him, a hated being, but what is a man if someone else did a better job at being them than them themselves. Someone who made worse mistakes, learned and grew morally more, someone he could pay to take care of the family without noticing their husband was on a death mission.
Ash was a twisted man, but he lived to prove himself right that is what he truly was

Nobody, nobody was there, what was the point of revenge when it's just an excuse to be who you always were? Pride only hid it beneath honor.
As they clashed, from the corner of the window you could see a body being flung, and as they walked around they rampaged like animals. One was running away but couldn't seem to fly, the other was grabbing the creature throwing him down and making him crash into buildings, splat.
If you squint your eyes you could see the ghosts moving around, spectating, and other things ... animal ... insects trying to find shelter flying around like it's another tuesday. Think of all the wasted food, but who can think of food when these two became an exception and not the norm, nobody living here was rich, and now they are ghosts.
Each punch to each others guts was like a churches bell chimes, ringing across the land, and each grass strand flew past them, and before a second burst into flame. Second after another the score for the 5 to 5 was on Neova's favor, five wins, and five losses, right now they were at 2 to 1. When the spotlight is always on you, you become envious for what you don't see, but what there was too see meant nothing either way. They could never be good because ego drove them here and back from the hell they put themselves in.
I guess everybody was prisoner here. Each punch was clashing against the environment, to the point where the houses were being burst just because of the energy, and just in a second the houses were lit in flames. Who's the good guy, who is the protagonist, but as soon as Malfonz gave a punch to Neova's stomach, nothing happened, the flames were snuffed as the winds turned and Malfonz flying across words and sentences ..................................................................................................................................... without understanding where he was, what was going on and like a running wolf. He felt hunted ... for once he felt hunted and it didn't click how terrifying it was.
The echoing laughter from both and the world turning dark the only thing being the other. Malfonz gave up on being scared, like anyone cared, and they coordinated through clashes. The adrenaline rush, the clash, the rubble and then there was an inkling of life ... a daughter still waiting for her mother who died a long time ago.
The ground was burnt black, and then the air was black almost like it was not there, the sky was blackened now ... the only thing that had light anymore was them standing on that stage they built of corpses. And the room opens like a book about to finish, at what point is arrogance even a concept to be perceived if nothing can be perceived. They felt the rush, but from a distance they looked like ants, and from the sky they looked like raging boars. From the grass they looked like giants, but fought like cavemen, and from a third screen a thing unperceivable by man they looked like as if the budget ran out on the animation of some two stick figures fighting. It was comical.
Was this the tide that would turn the game, Malfonz sucker punched Neova near the arm and as the sound of dislocation could be heard, Neova grabbed Malfonz's head and smashed it against his knee. Why does Neova keep hitting Malfonz when his only one weakness is his knee. The adrenalin was the issue it seemed.
He started screaming like a jolt of energy surging through him and as he blocked both of Malfonz's arms and gripped them like glue, he went in with a finisher stomping on his knee and ending the game once and for all. Was this the end, or just the beginning.
At what point is arrogance too much, when there is nothing to air all you have is a static screen and just like that this ended ... but there was a little bit more. A bit to show off ... when was victory approaching they each thought ... but you still wanna show superiority and not lose ended their brain shutting the convo in their head, but then why does revenge feel so hollow?
Malfonz moved his leg and stomped on Neova's foot, and as they went head to head, a silent crowd could be heard cheering, "GO GO GO, YEAH BABY", "YOU CAN DO THIS, SHOW HIM WHO'S BOSS".
The gun was fired and as Malfonz took a head start not wanting to fight a crazed mad man, watching the irony the crowd booed and Neova started gaining momentum and some footing. This could be anybody's game. Fin.
