The 4-star spell [Thunderous Burglary] surged through the knife, crackling with yellow electricity that wrapped around the very blade like a living thing.
With the speed of thunder, the knife reached Jaku's side in a matter of milliseconds.

However, just then, a hand emerged from beneath Jaku's elbow and parried the knife cleanly, preventing the blade from going any further.
The bandit's eyes widened as he stared at Jaku, who was suddenly wielding a sword out of nowhere. The bandit didn't even see him draw a sword in the first place.
But even more shocking, the distance between them had been so short that the bandit was sure that his electrified knife would pierce through the demi-human's scales.
