Hutton Group Ltd had just finished its morning meeting. As Felix Shaw stood up to leave with the company's senior executives, his father, Oliver Shaw, stopped him, "Felix, come to my office."
Watching his authoritative father walk out, Felix Shaw hesitated with the documents in his hand before following leisurely. Clearly understanding what was on his father's mind, he suspected his father would ask why he hadn't returned home the night before.
After closing the office door, Felix Shaw immediately asked, "Dad, what did you want to see me about?"
Oliver Shaw had already walked around to his executive chair to sit down, looking at his unserious son with a stern face showing no sign of clearing up.
"Where were you last night? Did you go messing around with that little starlet again!"
