"Mommy?"
Erin sat in her lap, stretched out his soft little hand, and gently touched her face.
Daisy Ginger dazedly snapped back to reality, lowered her head, and met the child's somewhat anxious clear eyes.
She took a deep breath, held Erin tightly, her voice hoarse, "It's okay, mommy is okay..."
It's just, so sad, couldn't accept it...
But, Edward Stephens is still alive, that's a good thing, isn't it?
She closed her eyes, trying to calm herself down, but the overflowing emotions wouldn't let the tears stop.
Three months, she didn't know how she got through it alone, and the one she waited for so long just forgot her like that.
"Daisy, you and Erin... are you hungry? Let's have something to eat first," Lady Stephens stood up, changed the subject, "Let's eat something, and then go see Edward, alright?"
Erin whispered in Daisy's arms, "Mommy, I'm hungry."
Daisy patted his head, "Alright, let's have something to eat."
Lady Stephens diligently led them to the dining room.
