Koneko, sitting by the pool, sadly looked at her flat chest and pouted.
She had the smallest; a one-piece or a bikini made no difference.
The pool was soon cleaned. As Rias suggested they celebrate, a splash echoed. Something had fallen in.
"Oh dear… Koneko." Rias exclaimed, pulling a struggling Koneko from the water.
"Koneko can't swim?" Arthas asked, seeing Koneko relieved to be rescued.
"No, and as a Nekomata, she's afraid of water." Rias comforted her.
"Alright, your task is to teach Koneko to swim."
At the school pool, Arthas taught Koneko to swim. He gently held her hand, guiding her kicks.
She had a natural fear of water. Despite holding his hand tightly, Arthas felt her trembling. Koneko gasped for air, kicking frantically. Her determined effort was adorable.
After several laps, Koneko seemed to adapt to the water. Being a devil, she might have an innate fear of water, but after a while, she realized swimming was easy and the water wasn't so scary.
She seemed to enjoy it, showing no signs of stopping, making Asia envious. Asia also couldn't swim.
"Koneko-chan, you're so sly! I want Arthas-kun to teach me!"
Asia pouted, watching Koneko being practically held by Arthas.
"Not yet. One more lap."
Koneko calmly ignored her, clinging to Arthas's arm, showing no intention of letting go.
"I don't care! I want to learn too!"
Asia grumbled, jumping into the pool.
She sank, naturally, causing Arthas to sigh.
He quickly pulled Koneko out and rescued the sputtering Asia.
"Don't be reckless! What if something happened?"
"I… I'm sorry."
Asia hung her head, apologizing.
"Arthas-kun, teach Asia-san first. I'm fine now."
Koneko, realizing her mistake, said.
"Okay, thank you, Koneko-chan. Hold me tight, Arthas-kun." Asia nodded shyly, eagerly entering the water.
Next came Asia's swimming lesson.
"Ugh… I'm tired." After fifteen minutes of treading water, Asia lay on the poolside mat.
Swimming was more tiring than land activities. It was strenuous for Asia.
Koneko rested in the shade, reading.
They could use their powers to recover from fatigue, but it felt strange to do so during swimming lessons.
Xenovia and Irina, like mermaids, played a game of tag.
Arthas, deciding to rest and admire the girls' swimsuits, was called by Rias.
Rias was secretive, making Arthas curious.
"What is it?"
"Shhh, keep it down. Don't let Souna see."
Rias whispered, glancing at Souna in the pool.
"I called you for an important reason. Devils don't get sunburned, but skincare is necessary. Arthas-kun, apply this carefully."
Rias lay on the mat, her smooth back gleaming white in the sun, handing Arthas sunscreen.
"Don't worry, I'll cover every inch."
The cool lotion felt good. Arthas knew Rias was teasing him. He applied it to her smooth back, more like caressing than applying.
"Mmm! So cool… this feeling… Arthas-kun's hands are so warm… so comfortable." Rias moaned, her body tensing.
We were supposed to be discreet! If you're this obvious, Souna will notice, and everyone else too!
Arthas chuckled, continuing to enjoy the feel of her skin.
Rias hadn't considered that Souna, having already been intimate with Arthas, wouldn't be bothered. Souna simply ignored them.
