c109 – Full Firepower! Fighting Ultimate Zamasu
"Damn it… Zamasu's ki is skyrocketing!" Goku's normally lighthearted tone was gone, his face tightening as he sensed the god's rapidly inflating power.
"If he keeps climbing like this, the future's finished!" Trunks' voice wavered with urgency. His Super Saiyan Rage aura flared violently, blue divine sparks flashing within the gold. Pushing his body to its limit, he rocketed upward.
"Haaah!"
Without hesitation, Trunks unleashed a massive Final Hope Slash-style ki wave, hurling it straight at Fused Zamasu.
The god didn't even attempt to evade.
BOOM!
The explosion swallowed Zamasu's form in a rolling cloud of smoke and debris.
Luya's crimson god aura shimmered faintly as he watched, his eyes narrowing. This fused Zamasu wasn't someone they could overpower with raw strength his divinity placed him above even the perfect Super Saiyan Blue techniques.
Sure enough, as the dust cleared, Zamasu stood completely unscathed, a faint smirk on his green face.
"How…?!" Trunks' voice cracked in disbelief.
"Everyone, together!" Luya barked, his Super Saiyan Red aura surging as he charged.
Goku and Vegeta burst forward alongside him, their Super Saiyan Blue forms igniting with blinding intensity.
"Kamehame…HA!!"
"Final Flash!!"
"Crimson Breaker!!"
The three beams collided mid-flight, fusing into a single colossal wave of godly power that roared toward Zamasu like a falling star.
The fused god merely extended one glowing hand.
BZZT!
The wave ground to a halt in his palm, the force splitting the ground beneath his feet yet failing to budge him.
"You presume far too much," Zamasu said coldly.
WHUM!
Twin halos blazed to life behind him, and with a gesture, a titanic surge of holy ki exploded outward.
"Move!" Goku shouted too late.
The energy blast forced them to abandon their assault, scattering in all directions. It slammed into the ruined city below, gouging out a massive crater and leaving spiderweb cracks racing for kilometers. The impact reeked of divine destruction energy.
"His power…" Goku muttered, sweat dripping down his temple. "It's not even in the same league."
The four regrouped, tension gripping their every move.
"Hahaha! This is absolute power!" Zamasu's laughter echoed as he raised his arms. The halos blazed again, and crimson motes of ki materialized in the air like falling embers.
He swung his hand down and the motes rained toward them, transforming midair into searing red beams.
PAPAPAPAP!
Explosions burst in every direction. The sky became a storm of godly detonations.
When the light faded, all four were battered and bleeding.
"With power like this…" Trunks panted, one knee hitting the ground, "…how do we beat him?"
Goku and Vegeta's breathing was ragged, their Blue forms already straining.
Luya, though in slightly better shape, knew the truth—Zamasu's energy reading was absurd. The gap between them was beyond strategy.
Damn it… I just mastered Super Saiyan Red, and I'm already outclassed this badly?!
"Give up," Zamasu intoned, descending like a god-king. "Your resistance is meaningless. Accept your fate."
Luya's lips curled. "You think too much of yourself."
"Oh? You rely on manipulating time, do you not?" Zamasu's eyes glinted. "Once, I might have been wary. But now? Your little tricks mean nothing before the Time Ring."
"I know you can bend time and space," Luya said evenly, "but I'll still put an end to your Zero Mortals Plan."
Zamasu threw back his head and laughed. "Pathetic mortal. Very well. I'll show you true godhood!"
His body blazed with rainbow light, divine pressure crushing the air.
Luya's crimson aura flared violently. "Super Saiyan Red… Kaio-Ken—TWENTY TIMES!!"
His ki erupted in a double-layered aura—the inner godly flame of Red, wrapped in the flickering crimson cloak of Kaio-Ken. The combined strain threatened to tear muscle from bone.
Even Zamasu's smugness faltered. "Impossible… from a mortal?!"
Luya charged, a crimson comet, fists flying in a storm of blows. Zamasu evaded with minimal movement, yet each near-miss carved shockwaves into the air.
"Twenty times… Kaio-Ken!?" Goku's eyes lit with admiration—
and competitive fire. "Guess I'll push myself too!"
"Kaio-Ken… TEN TIMES!!"
Blue light flared hotter as Goku forced his body into the punishing technique. Pain tore through him instantly, but he ignored it, joining Luya in hammering Zamasu from both sides.
The battlefield lit with godly clashes, shockwaves shaking the heavens.
"They're giving it everything…" Trunks whispered, trying to rise. His aura flickered, but a firm grip on his shoulder stopped him.
"You're in no shape to fight," Vegeta said, eyes locked on Zamasu. Then his own aura exploded outward. "Hmph. So they have Kaio-Ken? Watch me surpass them without it!"
With a deafening roar, Vegeta's Super Saiyan Blue pushed past its normal ceiling, lightning crackling around him as he launched into the fray.
Trunks gritted his teeth, his body screaming in protest. "Blue… Rage… and still I'm too weak…" His fists clenched until his knuckles whitened.

From a distant vantage point, Shin and Gowasu watched alongside Universe 10's Old Kai.
"Do you think they can win?" Shin asked, unable to hide his worry.
Old Kai's voice was grim. "No. Not yet. Fused Zamasu hasn't even begun to fight seriously."
Shin's eyes widened. "That's… impossible!"
"You know the Potara's power," Gowasu said heavily. "A fusion of that caliber especially with divine bodies does not fall easily."
The god of creation's gaze remained locked on the battlefield, the worry in his expression deepening with every passing second.
