c110: The Complete Fusion of Divine Body and Mortal Body

High above the ruined city, a fierce battle raged. Even with Vegeta's arrival, the tide of combat did not shift. Fusion Zamasu moved as if the fight were beneath him each attack from the Saiyans was dodged with casual grace, his divine aura swallowing the sky.
"Haaah!" Vegeta roared, his Super Saiyan Blue aura exploding. He thrust forward, fist drawn back, determined to land a decisive blow.
A flicker of amusement crossed Zamasu's face. With godlike ease, he caught Vegeta's fist mid-strike.
"Damn it!" Vegeta growled, straining, but before he could counter, his eyes widened in disbelief.
"Vegeta!!"
"Dad!!"
Goku and Trunks shouted in alarm. A glowing blade of light had pierced through Vegeta's torso.
The energy saber, conjured from Zamasu's hand, shone with divine malice. The scene mirrored the first battle against Goku Black, when the false Saiyan had run Goku through.
"Hahaha! I told you long ago you are nothing more than an appetizer!" Zamasu mocked. He released a surge of energy, blasting Vegeta away in an eruption of light. The Saiyan prince fell, his Super Saiyan Blue form breaking, body reverting to his battered base state.
"Father!" Trunks cried, catching him before he crashed.
"Damn you, Zamasu!!" Goku's fury erupted. Gathering his ki, he unleashed a roaring Kamehameha.
Zamasu smirked. The halo at his back blazed, and he answered with a wave of divine destruction. The two beams collided, the air trembling under their clash.
"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!" Goku poured every ounce of power into the Kamehameha, forcing Zamasu back.
For a moment, the god's expression faltered. "Impossible… how could a mere mortal push me back?!" His fury ignited, and he increased his output. The balance shifted. Goku was driven down, his body trembling under the weight.
"Urghhh!" Sweat poured from him as the ground cracked beneath his feet.
"Hmph. Mortals are mortals weak and fleeting!" Zamasu sneered. Behind him, the sky turned blood-red, storm clouds swirling. Bolts of crimson lightning burst from the heavens, manifestations of divine judgment.
"Son Goku! Accept the wrath of God!" Zamasu cried, lashing out with spears of blood thunder.
"Gaaahhh!!" Goku screamed as the lightning engulfed him. His control slipped. The Kamehameha faltered, and in that instant Zamasu's energy swallowed him whole, hurling him to the ground. The explosion carved a crater into the battlefield.
"Goku!!" The Supreme Kai gasped, horror flooding his face. Goku's aura faded, his body broken, returning to base form. Even he, even Vegeta, could not overcome Zamasu's might.
"Pathetic! Did you truly believe mortals could defy the gods?!" Zamasu's smile was cruel.
But then—
"Hey… you seem to have forgotten someone." A calm, cutting voice broke the silence.
"What?!" Zamasu turned sharply. His eyes narrowed.
It was Luya. His aura flared, scarlet flames blazing as his Super Saiyan God form ignited. He had held back until now, conserving his strength for a decisive strike.
"Kamehameha!!" Luya roared, unleashing his full power. His ki surged, enhanced by the Kaio-ken x20, the crimson aura intertwining with divine flame.
"Bah! Futile!" Zamasu countered, summoning a multicolored blast. Their attacks collided, shaking the entire realm.
"Uoooohhh!!!" Luya's body strained, his power spiking. The Kaio-ken doubled his output, forcing Zamasu back.
"How… how could this mortal rival divine power?!" Zamasu's face twisted in disbelief. In truth, the fusion was imperfect. The divine essence of Zamasu and the mortal body of Goku Black had not yet harmonized. Though their power had multiplied, the cost was instability.
"No! This fusion… it still resists me?!" Zamasu snarled inwardly, realizing the souls had not fully merged. The god's immortality clashed with the mortal's body, weakening his invulnerability.
"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!" Luya gave everything, his aura flaring brighter, body on the verge of collapse.
"Impossible!!" Zamasu screamed, forming a divine thunder in desperation. But before it could manifest, Luya's Kamehameha shattered his defense, engulfing him in an explosion of searing light.
Boom!
The battlefield shook as Zamasu was blasted into the ground, the impact carving a massive crater. Smoke billowed, and for a moment, silence hung heavy.
Luya collapsed, Kaio-ken extinguishing, body trembling as he fell through the sky.
"Goku! Luya!!" The Kaioshins rushed to their sides, clutching healing Senzu Beans.
From the pit, a monstrous aura erupted. Zamasu rose, his body twisted. The halo at his back shattered, and his right arm bulged grotesquely, mutating.
"No… he's forced the fusion to completion!" The Kaioshin of Universe 7 exclaimed. "The souls of both Zamasus have fused completely god and mortal, one and the same!"
Luya staggered upright. "Then he's no longer truly immortal… his body rejects the union."
"Correct," Gowasu said gravely. "Though his immortality persists, it is flawed. Yet his strength has increased beyond measure. To defeat him now, absolute power is required."
Luya's eyes hardened. He handed the remaining Senzu Beans to the Supreme Kai. "Heal Goku and Vegeta. They'll need to fuse. Only that will give us a chance."
"Fusion?!" Goku and Vegeta blinked, startled.
"Yes," the Kaioshin realized, hope dawning. "Just as we once did against Majin Buu. The Potara Earrings… it may be our only hope to end Zamasu once and for all!"
