c112: Vegito vs Zamasu
In midair, Luya was still being savagely beaten. Zamasu's warped form radiated overwhelming pressure. Even though his perfect immortality was gone, his power had skyrocketed beyond mortal comprehension. For Luya, resistance was meaningless.
"Bang!!"
"Ughhh!!"
Blood spewed from Luya's lips as he was hurled into the ground. Zamasu raised one grotesque hand, condensing a colossal sphere of divine energy, and hurled it downward.
Boom!
The explosion swallowed Luya in an inferno of smoke and rubble.
Zamasu floated silently, his swollen face twisted into a grimace. He prepared to end it decisively when suddenly, a surge of ki far more brilliant than before tore through the heavens.
The smoke split apart. A figure emerged, standing proud above the battlefield.
"What… who are you?!" Zamasu's eyes widened.
The figure smirked, raising a hand to tap the glowing earring on his lobe. "I am neither Kakarot nor Vegeta. I am their fusion… Vegito!"
"Vegito…?!" Zamasu's face darkened with rage as he spotted the Potara. "Damn mortals! How dare you wield the sacred treasures of the gods! You are not worthy!!"
His glare fell on Gowasu and the Kaioshin. "And you… gods who aid mortals in rebellion against divinity you deserve punishment most of all!!"
Zamasu extended a hand, hurling a barrage of energy at the spectators.
Boom!
But in an instant, Vegito appeared in front of them, palm outstretched. With casual strength, he absorbed the blast, clenched his fist, and crushed it into sparks.
"Don't get ahead of yourself, Zamasu. I'm here to bring you down." Vegito's calm smile carried deadly certainty.
"Hmph! Arrogant mortal! You may struggle, but before the might of a god, your existence will be erased!" Zamasu roared. His body blazed with rainbow divine light, the sheer pressure warping space around him.
Vegito chuckled, cracking his knuckles. "Good. Strong opponents are rare… I'll use everything against you."
A surge erupted from his body, blue light spearing the heavens as his hair flared into the azure glow of Super Saiyan Blue. The sheer ki release split the ground below.
"Super Saiyan Blue Vegito!!" Trunks shouted from the crater, eyes wide in awe.
"Tch!" Zamasu snarled. "So what?! Even fused, you are still mortal!" He lunged forward.
Vegito answered with a burst of speed, their auras colliding midair like crashing meteors. The shockwave flattened entire mountain ranges.

From below, Luya pulled himself from the rubble, panting. His eyes narrowed as he looked skyward. Finally… Vegito appears.
Beside him, Trunks clenched his sword, gaze locked on the battle.
Gowasu whispered in disbelief, "Incredible… To think such a warrior could exist in Universe 7. The mortals of this world defy all reason…"
The Supreme Kai of Universe 7 smirked proudly. "Goku and Vegeta were trained by a God of Destruction. For Saiyans, their growth knows no ceiling."
Luya, however, frowned. "Don't celebrate yet. Even Vegito can't toy with Zamasu for long. We need him to finish this quickly."

Above, the clash continued. Vegito deliberately tested Zamasu's strength, trading blows at insane speed.
Boom! Bam! Wham!
Zamasu's grotesque arm swung down like a hammer, aiming to crush him. Vegito caught it, twisted, and hurled Zamasu over his shoulder into the distance. Before Zamasu could recover, Vegito's hands blurred, launching a rapid-fire rain of ki blasts.
"Da-da-da-da-da!!"
Explosions engulfed the sky, but Zamasu roared and countered with a massive divine cannon, scattering the blasts in every direction. He then raised both arms, condensing an enormous sphere of swirling divine judgment.
Vegito's eyes sharpened. "Trying to end it all in one shot? Fine by me." He dropped into stance, cupping his hands at his waist.
"Ka… me… ha… me… HAAA!!!"
The azure torrent burst forth.
"Perish!!" Zamasu bellowed, hurling his massive orb down.
Boom!!!
The two attacks collided, their energies tearing the fabric of space itself. The world shuddered as a blinding light engulfed the battlefield.
"Ahhhhhhh!!" Vegito's roar shook the heavens, his beam pressing forward.
"Nooo!!" Zamasu screamed back, forcing his orb down.
From the ground, Luya's face twisted. "Everyone, move! Now!!" He seized Trunks and the Kaioshin, teleporting them to safety.
A heartbeat later, the sky detonated.
KABOOOOOM!!
A cataclysmic explosion spanned miles, light flooding the planet as if a new sun had been born. When the smoke cleared, a crater a thousand meters wide scarred the land, stretching into endless darkness.
Kaioshin and Trunks stared in stunned silence. "Th-this power…"
Even Luya, hardened by battle, felt his chest tighten. "So this is the clash of fused gods and fused mortals… terrifying."
