The battlefield trembled under the fading smoke. Vegito and Fused Zamasu stood across from one another, both scarred, yet both still radiating terrifying ki. Vegito's lips curled into a grin, eyes blazing with excitement.
"Not bad… you can actually keep pace with me," Vegito said, his voice filled with amusement.
"Silence, mortal! Do not measure gods with your ignorant power!!" Zamasu snarled, his twisted arm flexing grotesquely. With a swing of his hand, a jagged blade of violet energy manifested, humming with divine malice.
Vegito's smirk widened. "Heh… let's see what you've got." His aura exploded, and he launched himself forward.
Slash! Slash! Slash!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The air blade tore through everything in its path, slicing apart the earth as easily as paper. Even Vegito, in Super Saiyan Blue, dodged sharply rather than take it head-on. He weaved between Zamasu's strikes with impossible speed, countering with punishing punches and kicks.
"Ha!" Vegito slipped inside Zamasu's guard and slammed a knee into his ribs.
But Zamasu was ready. His warped arm snared Vegito's leg mid-strike, locking him in place. With the other hand, the god thrust his blade forward, aiming straight for Vegito's chest.
"Not so fast," Vegito hissed, catching the glowing blade between his palms with sheer force.
"Ha ha ha!" Zamasu's twisted grin widened. He drove his knee into Vegito's chest, sending him careening backward.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Vegito smashed through half-collapsed buildings before finally plowing into a mountain, dust and rubble cascading around him.
Zamasu raised his blade to finish him when suddenly, two figures appeared at his back.
Thud! Clang!
Trunks' shining sword clashed against Zamasu's energy blade, while Luya's fist connected with Zamasu's side.
"Persistent gnats!!" Zamasu growled, catching Luya's fist in one warped hand and Trunks' sword in the other. With a spin, he hurled them both away, then followed with a barrage of divine cannon blasts.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Trunks was struck midair, his body riddled with explosions as he tumbled to the ground. Luya barely managed to flare his red aura, unleashing a burst of energy waves the "Prince's Strategy" to counter the blasts.
"You irritants… I'll erase you together!!" Zamasu snarled. His body flared with divine light, splitting into spheres of energy. When the glow faded, two additional Zamasu clones stood beside him.
"What?!" Luya's expression darkened.
"Heh… you mortals should be honored. Few have witnessed the gods' true technique!" the three Zamasus spoke as one, faces twisted with cruelty.
"Kill them!"
The clones rushed forward, one charging Trunks, the other Luya.
"Come on!!" Luya roared, pushing his Super Saiyan God form to its peak. Crimson aura surged as he met the clone head-on.
Trunks, refusing to be outdone, ignited his unique transformation once more. Golden hair blazed as blue sparks wrapped his body—his "Super Saiyan Rage" form. Sword raised high, he met his clone with a cry of defiance.
The battlefield erupted in shockwaves. Space itself seemed to ripple from the sheer force of their clash.

From the rubble, Vegito burst free, his aura still blazing. He spotted Zamasu's main body gathering energy and grinned. "Looks like you're not completely brain-dead after all… but splitting yourself only makes it easier for me."
Zamasu sneered, raising his blade. "It's your turn, Vegito."
Vegito tilted his head, amusement flickering in his eyes. "Then come on. The stronger you get, the more fun this becomes!" His ki roared outward, blue flames stabbing into the sky.
The two warriors vanished, colliding midair at speeds invisible to the untrained eye. Ki blasts rained down like meteors as their battle ripped the heavens apart.

Meanwhile, Luya clashed with his clone, fists and blades colliding in a storm of light. He quickly realized that while the clone was strong, it wasn't quite as powerful as the original perhaps eighty percent at best.
Perfect… I can treat this as sparring.
"System!" Luya growled between blows. "Activate my strongest talent!!"
[Ding! Strongest talent activated.]
[Ding! Host's repeated usage has met the system's condition. Talent has evolved! New effect unlocked: Copy opponent's moves. Skills learned can now be permanently retained.]
Luya's eyes widened. "Wait you're telling me I can copy techniques now?!"
[Affirmative. The strongest talent evolves with the host's growth. At this stage, replication ability has been unlocked.]
Luya snarled mid-battle. "You mean to tell me it wasn't at full strength before?!"
[Correction: Talent grows alongside host's strength. At its peak, your potential equals Broly's innate growth.]
"...And you didn't say that before because—?!"
[Irrelevant to host's progress at the time.]
"Tch! Good grief…" Luya shook his head, but a wild grin spread across his face. Energy surged through his limbs, a new sense of rhythm guiding his attacks. For the first time, he felt his opponent's movements pouring into him, becoming his own.
He feinted, then unleashed a perfect imitation of Zamasu's air blade slash, carving the ground apart.
Zamasu's clone recoiled in shock.
"I get it now…" Luya's eyes gleamed with fighting spirit. "Let's see how you like being copied!"

Elsewhere, Zamasu's main body clashed once more with Vegito. Purple energy flashed as his blade grew into a massive longsword, while Vegito countered with his own aura-forged Spirit Sword, cutting through Zamasu's strikes with unmatched precision.
The sky was filled with the thunder of their duel. Each collision sent tremors across the ruined Earth.
Below, Gowasu stared in awe. "This battle… even gods should tremble."
Kaioshin clenched his fists. "We have to trust Vegito. He's our only hope now."
High above, Vegito and Zamasu locked eyes, both grinning through the chaos. The true climax of their fight had just begun.
