The World of Void.
Two figures igures materialized within the violently unstable Void Realm.
Using the Time Ring, Truhan and Vegito successfully returned to their original timeline.
However, neither of them were true Kaioshin, nor even Kaiō.
Thus, they had merely used the Time Rings to return to the Void Realm.
At that moment, the World of Void was in complete chaos and on the verge of collapse.
Truhan glanced at the Time Ring in his hand, then looked at the turbulent World of Void.
This proved that his hypothesis had been correct.
"Hmm, its just as you thought, Truhan," Vegito remarked, examining his own Time Ring thoughtfully.
"This place is about to collapse. Let's leave," Vegito suggested.
However, at that very moment, something unexpected happened.
In Vegito's eyes, Truhan suddenly split into two, revealing Gohan and Trunks standing before him.
Before Vegito could even react, his own body split in two as well.
In that moment, four Saiyans appeared in the Void Realm.
Son Goku scratched his head. "Looks like... we separated after all."
Vegeta glanced at the Potara earring dangling near his ear. "Good riddance. We already dealt with Beerus anyway."
But then, Gohan suddenly grew wary.
"Everyone... I don't think this is necessarily a good thing. The guy who came to Earth with Beerus is actually stronger than Beerus himself."
Just then, Trunks spoke up. "Gohan is right. But I don't think he'll make a move against us."
Trunks knew perfectly well that Whis, as an Angel, would never intervene, unless things truly reached a point of no alternative.
The three of them turned puzzled glances toward Trunks, waiting for him to elaborate.
Suddenly, the Universal Capsule in Trunks' pocket began to vibrate violently.
In the next instant, it ejected itself with a pop!
By now, Beerus had awakened, though he remained exceptionally weak.
Beerus glanced disheveledly at the four warriors who had separated, his eyes devoid of any further desire to fight. He was utterly exhausted.
"Hmph, Beerus, would you say we've defeated you?" Vegeta demanded. "According to our agreement, you won't lay another finger on Earth, right?"
The group waited for Beerus's response.
But at that moment, a voice echoed through the Void Realm. "Of course. Lord Beerus is the God of Destruction, and his word is absolute."
A silver-haired man had appeared uninvited.
Angel Whis had materialized before the five warriors in an instant.
Instantly, Son Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan all assumed battle stances, and only Trunks remained standing calmly in place.
"Trunks! Looks like you were wrong; this guy really did step in after all!" Son Goku said.
But the very next second, before Trunks could respond, Whis smiled and greeted them.
"Heh heh heh... It seems you really have defeated Lord Beerus. It looks like Lord Beerus has been somewhat negligent in his training. After this incident, I believe he will continue to train properly."
Beerus was so weak at that moment that he couldn't utter a single word.
From his perspective, Whis's arrival was undoubtedly a blessing.
Yet for some reason, he couldn't shake the feeling that Whis was mocking him.
Whis shielded Beerus behind him, then turned to face Trunks and the others with a warm smile.
"I guarantee you all that Lord Beerus will never destroy Earth again."
"I assure you, Lord Beerus will never destroy Earth again."
Whis squinted as he spoke, his cheerful demeanor giving off an air of nonchalance.
This made Gohan deeply skeptical. "Sir," he asked, "what reason do you have to make us believe you?"
"Lord Beerus nearly destroyed my daughter!"
Gohan knew full well that their ability to severely injure Beerus had been entirely due to the emergence of two super warriors: Truhan and Vegito.
Neither of them could have been spared.
Yet the limitations of fusion were severe. If Beerus were to change his mind again, the consequences would be unimaginable.
Just then, Whis chuckled. "Mr. Gohan, Lord Beerus has already grown too fond of Earth to destroy it, thanks to that Earthling delicacy called Pudding."
"Moreover, during your battle with Lord Beerus, the shockwaves alone could have killed your daughter ten thousand times over."
"I erected a barrier around Earth to protect it. Near the battlefield's edge, I shielded your daughter and your companions."
Whis's words immediately silenced Gohan.
Trunks finally understood why he hadn't been able to sense anyone's ki at the time.
It turned out that all of Whis's actions had been measures to protect Earth.
Then, Whis's next words froze the atmosphere once again.
"Furthermore, I can tell you definitively why Lord Beerus will no longer destroy Earth."
"As Lord Beerus's master and the Angel of Universe 7, I believe I have the Ability to restrain him, don't you?"
At that moment, Whis dropped a bombshell. Everyone present except Trunks was utterly stunned.
The air froze once more.
Hearing Whis's words, Gohan felt completely relieved.
Rumble...!
A strange sound interrupted the silence.
The entire Void Realm began to collapse.
"The World of Void is collapsing! All twelve universes will be affected. It will be a catastrophic, epic-level disaster," Whis muttered.
Upon hearing this, everyone except the unconscious Beerus and Trunks grew anxious.
The three of them panicked like ants on a hot pan. Vegeta demanded, "You're the one who brought us to this hellhole, aren't you?!"
"Didn't you say this place was indestructible, the perfect battlefield? How could it collapse?!"
Whis maintained his serene smile. "My apologies. That's because the Gods of Destruction never fought at full power in the Void Realm before."
"In the past, Quitela and Lord Beerus were stopped halfway through their battle by the Great Priest."
"I don't know why the Great Priest didn't intervene this time. It's certainly beyond my expectations."
Whis explained calmly, his expression unwavering.
Suddenly, a finger poked Whis's shoulder. Son Goku grinned mischievously. "Heh heh, Whis, you must have a way to fix this, right?"
Son Goku was remarkably skilled at asking for favors, bowing and pleading in one smooth motion.
As expected, Whis's eyes widened slightly. "Of course, there's a way."
Beside them, Trunks smiled knowingly, as if he already knew what Whis was about to do.

At that moment, Vegeta, standing behind them, suddenly stiffened. Trunks's thoughts had drifted into his mind.
