Adrian's lips twitched as he pulled out the can of anti bacterial spray in his hands.
Unlike other things out on the market this spray claimed to kill 100% of bacteria and germs without any exception, none of that 99.99% bullshit.
Adrian was a bit more serious about this mission since this bacteria was a threat to his family.
The subtle or not so subtle mutant hatred and phobia was being manipulated and guided by this being.
Everything wasn't black or white as getting rid of the individual known as Sublime wouldn't solve everything but it was a step….

Dr John Sublime got into the driving seat of his car as he closed the door.
To anyone else he was just a slightly unhinged scientist but beneath that was Sinister single celled organism that had watched the fall and rise of civilization, some engineered at his own hands.
Seeing himself as a superior life form and claiming the whole of earth as his domain.
But Dr Sublime's ambitions would never come to fruition as he was hit by the strongest germ cleaner known to man.
" Aaargh!" Sublime let out a startled exclamation as his body trembled and shivered until mist like smoke started to leak from his body.
Sublime felt utter terror at the moment , but there was nothing he could do , he wanted to escape but the moment he was hit by the spray it was like he was frozen as he could feel himself being erased in real time.
In a few seconds only a pair of suits and pants were left behind which Adrian quickly pocketed into his inventory before leaving making sure to clean any and all traces.
He stalked the guy for a while until he was able to get him in the parking lot , wasn't that difficult when he had a marker on the target.
Adrian didn't feel an ounce of remorse or regret at offing the guy , maybe because he perceived Sublime to be a bacteria….

"Why are you so grumpy? " Adrian smiled at Illyana who just huffed in annoyance as she held onto his arm.
"What do you think is the reason?" Illyana throws the question back at him as she pinched the side of his arm while pouting.
"How would I know ? When are you not grumpy~ " Adrian chuckled as he tightened his hold over her hands making Illyana outraged as she growled.
" No I'm not! Take that back right now! " Illyana was bearing her fangs like a cat that got its tail stepped on.
"Ok~ Ok~ My girlfriend is the most loving , peaceful and gentle woman in the world~ " Adrain placed a soft kiss on her knuckles making Illyana blush as she smiled but her smile quickly turned into a frown and she gazed at Adrian suspiciously.
"Which one…" Illyana asked in a low tone as Adrian just smirked at her.
"Hmph!" Illyana began another sulking session as she pulled her arm out his hold and crossed it across her chest.
Although she acted like she was upset with him, Illyana was just waiting for him to comfort her….

"How long will you be gone ? " Adrian asked with a frown as Illyana was laying her head on his shoulder.
" I'm not sure…a few days , maybe a week …" Illyana said in an unsure tone as she needed to go to Limbo to deal with some stuff.
" So why don't we make up for lost time~ " Adrian said suggestively as he picked Illyana up in a bridal carry making the blond flush.
" Perv~ " Illyana tightened her arms around his neck as she too wanted to fill herself up with her boyfriend's love to last the days she wouldn't see him.
Adrian just chuckled as he took their activities back to the bedroom to do something more….

Adrian smiled a bit helplessly as his body was covered in marks courtesy of Illyana who had made sure to print her lips stick marks onto his lower body especially.
She had covered his balls in her marks as if she was marking territory, Adrian didn't mind since he found it cute.

Adrian's brown furrowed in seriousness as he gazed at the quest.
[ Abomination is wrecking havoc at Harlem , Casualties are rising by the minute. ]
Suddenly an image flashed through Adrian's retina making his jaw clench.
It was a news feed of a grotesque giant wrecking havoc and he was holding a broken and battered Spiderwoman by the neck as he tossed her against a building like trash, her life and death unknown.
Adrian's fists clenched as he imagined Gwen in the spider heroine's place and it most definitely would have been Gwen if not for the blonde being out of the state on an assignment with Helen.
Adrian hated himself for feeling relieved that it wasn't Gwen but Spiderwoman that got hurt in her stead.
Spiderwoman was stronger than him , that was a fact Adrian accepted and seeing her lose made it obvious that he had no chance.
But if he didn't go then more people would die.
Adrian decided to not engage Abomination but rather focus more on saving people.
As long as he is careful then Abomination won't be able to catch him.
With his mind made up Adrian moved towards his basement while ignoring his phone that had been buzzing for a while.
