Chapter 95 - 95

Jason had just shown his stance to Quinn, but in reality, he didn't actually ride a motorcycle around the college town just to look at pretty girls.

That kind of move was more like something a street punk would do, cheap and beneath his image.

As a billionaire, he could easily use a method that was more effortless and far more consistent with his status.

After all, the hard part was already done. The remaining 76 favorability points could be brushed in groups, and that was nothing more than a simple task. With his current standing, there was no need to step out personally for such things.

He pulled out his phone and dialed Grace.

Grace was just about to head out when she got the call. Though a little surprised Jason reached out again so soon, she didn't dare be careless. "Boss, what can I do for you?" she asked respectfully.

Jason got straight to the point. "Find me a female secretary—sharp, intelligent, detail-oriented, and highly capable."

Grace responded immediately. "Understood. I'll take care of it right away."

She parked her car in the company lot and walked briskly into the headquarters. As soon as she entered the office, she instructed her assistant to prepare a file of all the secretaries working in the company.

Before long, the documents were laid out in front of her. Grace flipped through the profiles, but the more she read, the more troubled she felt.

If the new boss wanted to pick a secretary, technically any one of them could be chosen. But the problem was—none seemed truly fit for Jason.

The secretary under VP Mike was attractive, but her skills were average, and she was far too close to Mike. Chances were she was already under his influence. There was no way Grace would risk presenting someone like that to Jason.

The rest were serviceable for everyday office work, but none were polished enough to stand beside Jason.

"What's troubling you, Grace?"

The voice came from the doorway. A woman in her late twenties walked in, her ponytail neat, her slim professional suit sharp. She looked poised, efficient, and confident.

Without looking up, Grace sighed. "The new boss wants a female secretary, but I don't see anyone qualified enough. Hiring someone new would take too much time, and from his tone, he wants this settled quickly."

Jason's position as the new boss wasn't public yet, but clearly, this woman already knew. With a faint smile, she asked, "Grace, do you think I might be qualified?"

Grace paused, finally looking up. "Who?"

The woman pointed to herself. "Me."

Grace chuckled and teased, "Olivia, you're a deputy general manager with outstanding ability and a bright future. And you want to be the boss's secretary? That's quite the ambition."

Olivia's expression didn't waver. "I'm serious, Grace."

Studying her face, Grace realized she meant it. After a moment's thought, Grace nodded slowly.

"Our new boss's background and wealth are immeasurable. Serving as his secretary could easily surpass the status of deputy general manager—and maybe even the president. After all, his assets go far beyond just this company."

"As expected of you, Olivia. You see through the truth right away. To throw aside the deputy GM position without hesitation… that's bold."

"You're strong in appearance, emotional intelligence, intellect, experience, and skill. Naturally, you'd be an excellent secretary."

"But think carefully—once you become a secretary, there will be no going back to deputy general manager."

Olivia nodded firmly. "Of course. I'll devote myself fully to becoming his most capable secretary."

Later that evening, Jason was cruising his Suzuki Hayabusa along the outskirts of the college town. He stopped at a small café for a fruit smoothie when Olivia arrived, her steps confident and elegant.

"Hello, boss. My name is Olivia, and it's my honor to serve you." Her introduction was simple and direct.

Jason raised his eyebrows, looking her up and down. He hadn't expected this. The secretary Grace found was stunning, with an aura far beyond an ordinary assistant. Was she really just here to be a secretary?

She had both the aura of a confident, mature woman and the capability of someone who could manage anything, giving people the feeling that she could care for you gently while also getting things done with precision.

Jason nodded. "Hello, please, have a seat."

Olivia sat gracefully across from him, her eyes sweeping over Jason. A thought flashed through her mind: So young, and so handsome. Following a boss like this… it'll be eye-catching every day.

At that moment, a voice rang in Jason's head:

"Olivia: Favorability +10."

Name: OliviaAge: 28Appearance: 8.2/10Height: 5'6"Weight: 120 lbsFavorability: 0 → 10

Jason's heart stirred with amusement. This was an unexpected joy. He had only intended to find a secretary to help manage tasks and raise favorability elsewhere, but to think the secretary herself could provide favorability—without him doing anything.

And right from the start, it went up by 10. Early favorability might be easier to gain, but it was still rare to score this well instantly.

Olivia asked, "Boss, what would you like me to do first?"

Jason leaned back casually. "There may be a lot in the beginning, but I'll give you three tasks.

First, at Villa No. 6 in the Crestwood Hills Estate, I need a house staff. Right now, I only have one nanny, and the place is far too large for one person to handle. I want a full team—housekeepers and chefs."

"Second, find me a driver and a bodyguard. If you can find someone with both skills, even better."

"Third—and this is the most important—around the seven universities in Boston's college district, I want my favorability with the women there to rise. You'll have a budget of ten million dollars. How you use it is up to you. Think of it as a test. Do well, and you'll remain by my side as my full-time secretary."

Olivia was sharp enough to realize immediately that the first two tasks were secondary. The third one was the real focus.

Ten million… just for building favorability? she thought. This boss is on another level.

Olivia: Favorability +10.

She smiled. "With your looks and presence, boss, it'll be too easy to capture attention. Even if you don't appear in person, I can make them admire you. Honestly, isn't ten million a bit excessive?"

Jason shook his head lightly. "If it's used to transform assets into real influence, then it's not excessive. Think of it as an investment. If handled well, it may even appreciate in value."

His words weren't something an ordinary person could easily grasp. Olivia quickly understood—Jason wasn't planning to throw money at girls. He wanted to create presence, to project power.

Why he wanted to do this, she didn't know. He wasn't the kind of man who flaunted wealth meaninglessly. But as a capable subordinate, she knew when to ask less and do more.

Without wasting time, Olivia got to work.

The first task was quickly handled. She assembled a team of chefs, housekeepers, and additional staff—all women, perfectly aligned with Jason's unspoken preference. He hadn't even mentioned it, yet she managed to guess.

The second task was also done swiftly. She recruited two retired special forces veterans, each skilled in both protection and driving.

Now, the focus was on the third task. Olivia moved with incredible efficiency, arranging everything across the college district. By the time she was done, the entire area had been neatly set up like a chessboard, ready for Jason's influence to unfold.
